Raise the cost of apartments
¥50,000 -> ¥75,000
¥100,000 -> ¥150,000 -> ¥200,000 -> ¥250,000
or in whatever way you see fit.

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:

Since so many new players joining the server and people are getting more rich, some are becoming too much wealthy. There should be more competition for keeping your dream apartment, and I suggest to raise the rent and make it difficult to obtain an apartment.

quite literally no reason to change the price - obtaining housing is already difficult enough, especially for new players, why make it even more difficult? what would benefit from raising housing prices? it'd only make it more frustrating, a lot of people find it difficult to keep up with rent as it is...

Hard enough as is to get a house free, newer players will have an even harder time. Its not beneficial.

even if apartment prices were raised, it would still be difficult to obtain an apartment. . it's not like all apartment ownerships will be erased and everyone has to race to claim a new apartment. monthly apartment prices are hard enough for some to keep up with. . i don't think this should be implemented.
