She was born into a family known for their expressive nature. However, her early years were marked by a unique struggle - Selective Mutism, a severe anxiety disorder that rendered her speechless in specific social situations. Despite this challenge, she managed to communicate at home, but her family grew concerned and took her to the hospital when they noticed her silence outside the comfort of their home.
Unfortunately, the medical professionals misdiagnosed her condition, attributing it to a mere phase of shyness. As a result, Miyoko's selective mutism went untreated throughout her childhood, exacerbating her anxiety and social difficulties. Her family eventually moved back to Russia when she turned 18, leaving Miyoko to forge her path in Karakura for her education.
In Karakura, Miyoko found solace and support from two families who adopted her – the Elyon and Ukiyo families. She embraced the city as her home, distancing herself from her Russian roots as she grew into adulthood.
She got into an abusive marriage with her first ex-husband, Sakaii O. Kazuhiko. It first started as an argument of Miyoko wanting to help the bears even after they had taken his arm, but it slowly became vocal and then physical as he would hit, scream, and even insult her children, as he had never hit Miyoko; he had hit her children in the most brutal way hence her fear. It had went skyrocketing low when her brother had died, causing her to see her ex-husband's flaws and eventually the reason of their divorce. This led to the custody of their children, twins who were named Turo-Kii and Konomi.
Her next ex-husband, Kiyoshi A. Miston. They originally got together after a moment that their family assumed they were together, she poured her emotions to him and trusted him too early hence the heart-break. Despite a seemingly promising start, their relationship soured, leading to a divorce before the birth of their daughter. Miyoko, determined to shield her child from the toxicity, kept her away from Kiyoshi. Her love for her youngest served as a guiding light, she named her child Akari due to this, reminding Miyoko of the said light she very much needed, her youngest being the happiest baby she could have.
Her third relationship was a promising start. But the haunting memories of her missing children became too overwhelming. Seeking solace and answers, Miyoko made her way back to Russia, where she grappled with the pain of uncertainty. After four years of questioning and healing, she returned to Japan, her heart still burdened with the weight of the past but stronger than she was during the day she learned of her missing children's death and wanting to find her missing children that had never returned.

After learning the fact her daughter that often visited died, she felt like crying everyday as Dae was the first child to die, seeing the dead body made her sadden.
