Hmn... Expensive cars you say? Yeah, the Town got them as well. Quite a lot. The High-Rollers are an interesting group of the street racing scene, they weren't the usual casual speedfreak, They're actual racers with definitive background. From businessmen in disguise to straight up ex-Professional Racers. The High-Rollers are the real deal.
Being successful racers, they have access to pretty much any asphalt rocketships they sell on the market. From Bugatti, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, RuF, and even Koenigseggs, They will be seen driving the most out of this world rides.
Some of them even an undying local legend. And they drive like legends, If you're not careful they will leave you in the dust and they have left many in the dust here and back.
Now this is the final introduction to the Racing Scene, I'm glad you stuck around to finish the trilogy. If you decide to make a name for yourself, I will surely see you progressing.
