My suggestion is that since the business district update, the tower properties which to me and a few others were considered unique and very good for RP purposes, however since the business district update the only current tower is only able to be owned by business's (not gonna lie might just be because im dumb and it has business district in the name).
My suggestion is that for a possible new tower building in a spot of the map that is currently vacant on the edge of the business district (in-between block J and H at 1234/17/784) This spot of the map is vacant with a actual construction site that has been there since the update.
Im unsure if this area currently has any plans to be used not only regarding the new museum soon to come but in general, however if it isn't being used I feel like we could possibly re-introduce the towers as a lot of players did like them. This would allow for not only a very unique property to be brought back into the game that is available for most players to obtain for the rent of 250-300k (as estates and yachts are unique but VERY expensive)
I do know of the player regarded as Mookie did build schematics for the towers to be re designed so therefore if the builds made do actually fit it could be implemented quite quickly. However if not the build team of course would probably be set the task of cooking and making a great tower!
What would the size be like?
I think that size wise due to it being a tower itself I feel that it should be at least 8 blocks high, and due to it being a tower maybe around 20 blocks long and 20 wide, however to get unique shaping inside the building little sections could be made so it might be 20 blocks long, then it comes in and out again.
where is the location?
This area is located at 1234/17/784 in-between apartment block H and apartment block J partially behind shiboshi Sakaya. (excuse my HORRIBLE arrow)
How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will benefit the community by bringing back something that was dearly loved, furthermore allowing for more available unique properties to be available to the public because at the moment in time the only towers available cannot be used as a residency and you must have a verified business to own one.
Most players will crave for a penthouse/house/unique property and I have even heard myself that a couple of players wanted the towers however couldn't due to the requirements of needing a business, therefore it will allow for the community to get the opportunity to actually own one of these properties themselves.
Therefore allowing for the availability of more unique properties and giving back something that we once lost in the previous update :)
