how does CCTV work?

So, from how my officer friends explained it to me and srp staff and me being in school faculty.
The Normal Way
CCTV is able to pick up voice and video of a certain area about, 20-30 blocks from the camera for IMAGE but the voices at that distance might be muffed. But let's say you are right next to a camera, it will pick up what you are talking about(not in whisper). If something happens, like on school grounds, you will need to take a screenshot of your chat of the situation to be able to prove what you are claiming to be true(Same could be same about the KPD, but I am not kpd, just speaking from a faculty side of things and what staff have told me)
On School grounds, we will be able to check cctv(Caretakers and SLT) to see if you are claiming to be true and you will send the images over to the caretaker/slt in question in discord(Please note, no other faculty role is able to look at CCTV on school grounds).

I am unsure if the plugin is broken or is just being worked on, but KPD officers are able to use the ACTUAL cctv cameras to look around the map through the eyes of the camera. I do not know on if it is currently in work or not, but its a fun little plugin

how does cctv work in srp?
outside school you would go to KPD or government go towards the computer, right click it and it comes up with slots you can interact with that teleport you to the location with a tv affect over your screen, if its within school cctv is done through doing a /me of checking the cctv and people submitting screenshots of what the cctv would of saw of the chat feed or through oocly confession

Can u send videos too orrrrrrrrrrrr
You'd send ss or video proof of what happened (unless we're watching it in the moment from KPD side) to the individual checking CCTV over discord.
