Let us look at reviewed support requests (unprivate reviewed requests)

What's the title of your suggestion?: Let us look at reviewed support requests (unprivate reviewed requests)

What's your suggestion?:
I want to make a request but its much harder if I can't see other peoples requests, because I use them to see how exactly I am supposed to format or include in my request and potential solutions/if my request is allowed, and more. there is no particular reason for why reviewed requests should be hidden, as they should already be resolved and completed. if it's because of private information, why couldn't you just hide the specific thread/s that include it, (which, from what I've seen, is very little)

How will this benefit the server and community?:
it will for the reasons described above.

People tend to include sensitive information in their support request like transaction IDs ect.

And this is somewhat logical, what needs to be entered in the request, like your IGN, what's the problem and like examples or proof of it happening.

Thought I do suggest that staff members include a format for the support requests as it can be somewhat confusing without a format.

And a quick reminder for everyone who's reading.
PLEASE POST YOUR REQUESTS INTO THE INTENDED SUB-FORUMS AND NOT INTO THE SUPPORT PAGE INSTEAD!
They're privated for a reason..

There is no set format otherwise one would be presented

In my opinion its best to
1 - state the problem
2 - explain how it might of occurred or did
3 - what was lost
4 - evidence of what was lost (could be a screenshot or a video)
5 - State in a list again what you would like back

An example of this could be

1 - Hello!! recently my car entity turned into an item! meaning it cant be placed and therefore not used as a car
2 - This occurred roughly 4 days ago, I woke up and then realised my car was no longer an entity but became an item?
3 - It was a Bentley car with max engine. regular breaks and regular fuel tank
4 - (insert screenshot that is valid enough to show that it was indeed YOUR car)
5 - So could I please receive a new Bentley car with max engine regular breaks and regular fuel tank.

That is how I format my missing item requests and they have always worked!!

There was a format around like November 2023 from what I remember? however it was removed I believe? (dont quote me 100 percent im not fully certain) However I know many missing item requests were denied due to not following a format so I feel that it may of been because of that staff removed it?

What they could do is to at least have a guide/suggested examples on what you can write (without needing a format like we had months ago)
instead of having new players be completely blind and probably feel anxious of saying the wrong thing/miss something

yes you can have 'common sense' but a little reassurance wont hurt

I do not believe they should be public, due to reasons explained above. However, I do think they could potentially give it a format by simply making it an actual application feature. For example, teacher and staff applications have a "Start Application" feature which would allow everyone to use the format.

I see a lot of questions about making a support thread though, so I do believe this will be helpful.

These forum posts are private for a reason, they contain private information, and often times you don't actually need to see the format to get it. You can always ask in a help channel on Discord.

If you do want a format, here's one I tend to follow:
DISCORD & MINECRAFT USERNAMES
WHAT I WANT DONE
PROOF IF NECESSARY

Super simple!

its not our business in what people need assistance with. If you have questions in what the format is, you can always ask over on the help channels in the RPH/SRP Discords
