If you mean you want your character that is most likely a student to have a job, try joining some of the shop discords- some of them open up applications for people to apply as cashiers for retail stores or waiters for restaurants. you can apply for the jobs there!
But if you mean apply for doctors, police, or the schools staff, also yes- but it has to be with an adult character and the application is done here in the forums

Pretty sure you don't need to be adult to apply for doctor, police and school staff. I think your age gets changed to the one you put in the application if you get accepted
