if the server is still saving up for the new map maybe there should be an option to buy an unbann

but you can only buy it a few times

plus its a way to support the server

And if they 'buy' an unban rather than actually 'applying' for an unban, what's saying that they won't be buying it simply to break the rules again, sure they're spending money, but you can still donate and be banned, all that this would do is allow those with money to be unbanned and unleash fury upon the server.

Yes, we have banned people for serious reasons. Hackers will be banned again thus giving the server money.
Those who are truly sorry will give the server money to play on it, abit like a whitelist.

Their giving us money and if they truly love the server and want a second chance then they can go ahead. People won't spend 10 dollars to be unbanned on a server they don't like.

I think that the main problem being is that people don't want people who have been denied in their ban appeals to suddenly come flooding back in.
Think of it as suddenly releasing a large chunk of prison inmates and watching them do their business in society.
Those who were banned for FailRP and improper RP would simply be brought back and ruin the experience for others, the part that you don't understand is that if they are banned after buying an unban, that is not solving the damage that they did during their time while unbanned.
You are literally asking for those who have broken the rules to have free reign upon those who actually want to RP for as long as they have the money to buy an unban.
Not to mention how ban appeals would be useless as everyone would simply buy their unban.

Hope you do know an admin (Banter) already had his opinion on this. VERY bad suggestion. The staff wants to have people donate to help the server and NOT an unban where they can get banned again.

What about the people who want to play on the server again, the people who want a second chance? This is just an idea. You say it it's dumb but the only people who are are the hackers for wanting to get banned again, thus giving the server money. Would hackers really want to spend money on buying an unban when they can hop on a VPN, get an alt and hack all the same. It's stupid how you think hackers would spend real money instead of doing this
