This is mostly in favor of the build team but, in some cases, also of people who regularly use editmode.
My suggestion is to lower the wind's effect while flying, just like it got lowered for people while walking. The wind completely stops your movements and if you try to resist, it won't work at all. Even if you fly somewhere with a roof or walls around you it'll still completely block you

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will benefit especially the build team, since we can't lose a lot of time while building stuff that needs to be rushed or finished within a short period of time. So, if possible, reducing the wind effect while flying just like while walking would be great!

Not reduced, but removed entirely. Not even for editmode, but for the whole - wind is annoying, instead of making it push you, it should apply slowness. More realistic, less annoying. I know that LuckyLuuk wrote it and server owner doesn’t want his work to be like, deleted, but as for the whole weather plugin is AWESOME ( Literally LuckyLuuk did great) but WIND… no. It works GOOD, as it should (usually) BUT ITS JUST ANNOYING. Wind have too many issues. Slowness 1 applied whenever it is windy would be better. A lot.

To what I know players and those on community teams or staff get fed up more than not because no matter where you are, the wind is pushing you around and slowing you down to the point at times you can't even move or jump and can only move where the wind pushes you. despite literally being surrounded by walls even. When building no matter who you are it just makes everyone more annoyed and upset especially if it is a build that needs to be done within a short amount of time.
[The weather plugin as a whole is AWESOME and I love it sm, but I truly believe the wind could at the very least be tweaked]

While flying the plugin looks completely broken. It doesn't slow you down, it completely stops your movements, which has been a mess for us builders more than once

Truth is, they did slow it down and for a common player, it's not even that bad, even I can resist while walking or you could just sit down and wait. But here it's a whole different story. Building without flying is basically playing chess without the pieces, you can't
