/latestmessages and /unreadmessages command

What's the title of your suggestion?: /latestmessages and /unreadmessages command

What's your suggestion?:
/latestmessages will do just what it is - show you the latest messages sent to YOU on the phone. It will show messages that have been sent to you in the past 48 OOC hours.

/unreadmessages will show you all the messages you haven't clicked as 'read', and shows you them.

Pretty simple QOL phone feature honestly.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
People who aren't online and don't want to wait for the popup that says "You have [] Unread messages", or people who wanna see what the latest texts to them are. It will improve the phone features by quite a bit, and since the messages app on phones is currently bugged, I think this'll be a good addition.

Honestly this would really help as someone who once waited 15 minutes just for the unread messages pop-up so I could start roleplaying bc I couldn't see the message or know it was there.

You can do /messages (Contact name) to see messages you may have received from a person!

So if you may be expecting a text from Bobby, or you know Bobby sent you a text and you missed the [Unread Messages] button. You can simply do:

/messages Bobby

And it'll show you the message history for that chat! :D

I must be crazy or an old player... I've always used command Aania said, I suppose it isn't very known as this isn't the first time people have mentioned/asked about this .. hah...

While I understand where Aania and Mo are coming from - and I use the /messages button a lot- I think it would be much easier to use the command if someone sends a more 'unprovoked' text, like from someone unexpected/someone not involved in an IC interaction in a more recent period, if that makes sense.

I already know about this - You just can't know who messaged you if you're offline, I use it quite a lot. These two are simply an addition to the already existing /messages [contact]

+1 This is a way better idea than my suggestion, which was adding in notification sound effects. I love it!

- A phone update is planned over the start of Summer, and we'll make sure to make it easier to check your latest notifications via an app. (this change will include fixing some of the slower apps)​
