Stuck In Jail

I have been stuck in jail for about a year now, I've waited with minecraft open in the server for 2 days straight until I disconnected from losing connection to server. I personally love the server and my sisters plays it alot, and I would wish to be able to play again. I do not know why I am still stuck in jail after waiting for this long.

I thought the main reason to come to technical support was to get... you know... support? In another thread in this same topic another guy had the same problem and got it resolved instantly...
