School Roleplay Server's have always been a big interest to me and I have always wanted to help and take my stages further, due to my interests in Teaching in real life.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
I would request the trip to the Principle (2 weeks before departure) using the example in the Teacher's Handbook. If accepted I would ask for Parental permission and announce to the class, I would also need to make sure that the other required staff will be available during the date and to have a Medical Kit in case of emergencies.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
- To respect Teachers and Pupils.
- No arguing with the Teacher or Peers.
- Do not talk rude to a Teacher.
- No phones are allowed in class.
- When the Teacher tells a Student to do something, it is for good reason and should be done respectfully.
- Students must stay seated until the Teacher says otherwise.
- Students are not allowed to leave the class unless they give a valid note to the Teacher and gain the Teachers permission.

I research the ways on how Teachers treat Student's and their work experience, I also try my best to gain any chance of having a Teacher experience to be kind to others.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I would change the permission from the HD.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers work to make lessons as interesting and fun as possible, otherwise Students will lose interest and start to become problematic and want to do other things.Teachers also try their best to add a realistic experience towards the server and help them to achieve future ranks that they might want to earn.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Teachers are one of the main reasons that SchoolRP is one of the best Roleplay servers out there. They add the realistic atmosphere and keep everything in a suitable manner, they help people as much as they can and thrive to make themselves better,
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee - A person who is able to take in the experience of a lesson (if permitted by the Teacher) and gain experience of a hard working Teacher, although they are not allowed to start or teach a lesson by themselves, they are allowed to help the Teacher. If they also become a problem, the Teacher is allowed to send them out of the room and report it to the Principle.
NQT - Newly Qualified Teacher. They are allowed to run a lesson by themselves (If granted permission from the HD) and work to getting the experience of a full-working Teacher.
QTLS - A teacher that is able to host a lesson whenever they like as long as they have permission, and is describes as a normal Teacher.
HD - The Head of Department is in charge of running the department and insuring that the teachers are following the CoC. They are also in charge of the NQT’s lessons.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The planning system that the school uses is named by "Must Have, Should Have, Could Have"
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

The Character that I will play is names Jack Millstone, who will be a Strict but Fair teacher who is very organised and gives Homework every 2 weeks. He is around 5'9" and has Blue eyes with Brown hair. He will be wearing a suit to the school all the time and will take notes on Student's behaviour to declare his decisions on what they will be allowed (With permission from the Principle). He always finds several ways to solve problems between Students and Teachers but will become strict if they show bad behaviour, but also can be fun if they show good behaviour. And will take tests and grading seriously.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would give them a warning about their behaviour and tell them to stop and think about what they are saying, if they carry on doing so then I will issue them with a 30 min detention after school to which if they do not show up or carry on, then will take the matter up to the HD or Principle.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
I would give them 3 warnings and if they fail then I would be strict and tell them to listen otherwise they would lose time at Break/Lunch if needed. I would also issue a 10 min detention after school to any misbehaving student that is distracting the other students.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
I would be kind and respectable to other Teachers who need help or are planning their lesson. Otherwise I would probably be planning my own future lessons with a drink of a Coffee or Water.

- /me He would walk up to the student and issue them a detention after school.
- /me He would start a timer that states how long the Student's will be staying behind.
- /me He would confiscate the item that is against the rules and report the student with a detention based of the item they used.
- /me He would give out examples of any hard topic to help the students understand the task and have an available help sheet on his desk to help students in need of extra help.
- /me If a Student needs a demonstration with an act then he would describe and demonstrate how he would want them to show it.
BACKSTORY
Jack's Parents had been working as actors and he had taken a great like to it, he loved to watch Theatre and plays at school and always participated in any he possibly could. He had got high grades in Theatre due to his research over the topic and always offering help to fellow Students. He would go to after school Drama clubs and even try to participate in Theatre outside of his School Environment. Not many people had been interested in the choice of career so he had set up meetings and clubs to help bring people together and act more. He had been learning Theatre through High School and College until he got a grade of A+ which made him inspire to be a Teacher to help students take on the career themselves and show the fun of Drama and how it can be used in every day situations. And to carry on his family tradition since his parents died. He had went to many events around the basics of Theatre and managed to win 9 awards from different events! He was so proud to be the person he was but also managed to use his experience to guide others and help them through tough situations. Although when the majority of the clubs he went to shut down. He began to look around Town to view advertisements of more clubs or events until he stumbled into the opportunity of becoming a Teacher at Karakura High School. He had became overwhelmed by the chance of teaching other's his experience and had applied for the job which he managed to impress the interviewer and become the Teacher he is today. He makes sure to try hard all the time in teaching Students the class of Theatre and how they can use it, Just like how his parents had used to teach him so he could pass on the magic of Drama to this day.
