College Ph.D and Dropouts

It would seem as if the amount of college dropouts has flucuated due to the rising fact that no college teachers attend or even start classes. According to my knowledge, we only have one college professor and that's just a english teacher (not 100% sure if that's their occupation) and I personally want my minecraft Ph.D, any ideas on what to do?

Yeah you cant apply for that, u can only apply for highschool
