Help, I can't get in the server.

When I joined the server for the first time, I was able to join. But, then the server crashed and it was down for a while. But, when it came back up and i tried to log back in it kept saying, "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused:

Can somebody please help me?

I have Optifine installed. I don't know if that has anything to with it.

I suggest this would go into the technical support section of the forums but thank you for sharing your issue. If you are joining on 1.12.2, There can be glitches with it. Make sure you join with 1.12.1, If it continues to be an issue, Reinstall Minecraft and make sure to use a different SchoolRp IP. Maybe the number IP or the Other one.
