Family Backstory/History
Similarly to most families, the Laurences began with nothing. Miami Laurences was first to carry the name. During the late 1960's, the young female had built up a reputation for herself in Paris, France. At the age of 19, Miami had been working vigilanty in her community as an unlicensed cosmetologist. She kept her work private; as the law stated a license was required. However, Miami decided to continue with her career. She sought after an academy, eventually finding one that suited her needs and earned her a certificate in Cosmetic Surgery. Her commitment caught the attention of Arthur Laurences, a French man with an affinity for business. Once the two met, they gradually fell in love. With the savings from Arthur, the two managed to open their own private clinic which brought in many customers and requests.
Miami Laurences
1950's
It was 1955 when Victor and Miami had their very first baby girl that they later named Gisèle. As growing up for Gisèle everything was easy for her the fact that both of her parents were rather wealthy. For Miami, they still had the Clinic running which was turning out to become rather successful.
This is when Miami and Arthur started their arguments. Arthur would get really agressive and would beat Miami leaving her bruised arms or even a bruised eye. Gisèle was only 2 years old when she started to see her father oftenly beat up her mother. As Gisèle would sit there crying watching her mother beat up Arthur turns around to see that little Gisèle was watching him the whole time. Miami would lay on the ground weak after being beat by her husband Arthur.
Shorty after Arthur stopped beating Miami, they started getting along. The Laurences started to grow a bit bigger. Miami and Arthur had their second kid that turned out to be a boy which they named Arthur Jr. Arthur Jr was a quiet kid, he wouldn't cry as much often.
Every Saturday Arthur would take Arthur Jr to play football. Arthur Jr would enjoy playing football with his father, hoping that he could become a famous football player when he grows older.
