Take the screen shot then write something and press "Upload a file" then let it load and somewhere type %appdata% then go to ./minecraft then go to screen shots click your screen shot let it load then press full image at the bottom

how do you post a screen shot

Press F2 (By default I think) then it should save a screenshot. From there you can attach it with upload a file button, or you could upload it to something like imgur and click the add image button in the edit text bar above the area in which you add text.
