1.13.1 problem

Hello, I have been having problems with 1.13.1, and now I can't join the server without it crashing and not showing the chat. If you could maybe change it to where you can play both 1.12.1 and 1.13.1, because 1.12.1 works perfectly fine for me, and 1.13.1 just doesn't work at all. Even without playing on multiplayer.

Well, Sorry, but 1.13.1 does NOT work for me.
It has always been an issue.
Even before I joined the server.
