What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for being a teacher is to bring more interesting and fun things to SchoolRP. School is very important on this server, as it is named after it's name. I believe I can help make SchoolRP a fun place for all of the students who came to roleplay.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes. I've roleplayed on 2 other servers, and my biggest roleplay experience is on SchoolRP. I've started the server and it's been very fun in my opinion.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, and I understand every single part of it.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs are where you put the homework and what you taught. This is important because if you give them an exam that you didn't even teach, it will be unfair.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: You'd have to make an application, and after that is accepted you tell the class. After that it is announced and you can do the field trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No cussing in class
2. No using phones during the lesson.
3. No food or drinks in the class unless it's water.
4. Be respectful to anything and anyone around you.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): My roleplay experience starts like everyone. We don't know what it is until we try it out. I started off like everyone, then eventually I became an expert at roleplaying. I believe that being a teacher on SchoolRP will be a big addition to my roleplay experiences.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department, they give the permission to the newer teachers and supervise them.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher and Learning Skills, are the teachers who can start classes without permission of the HD of the Department they are teaching.
- NQT:Newly Qualified Teacher, these are the teachers who are newly hired. They must always ask the Head of Department, when they can start classes. After certain amount of time, they are moved up the QTLS and must not always ask.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: They help teach the students, and help it so that they can grow up being very talented and smart.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: It uses MoSCo system which means: Must have, Should have, Could have. These help understand.

Chase's outlook on students is very kind, he'll respect anyone especially other teachers. His personality is mostly kind. He enjoys being around kids, as his girlfriend is a very short girl. His plan for the future is to become a Music Teacher, as he also loves music.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd inform them that what they were doing was wrong then if they didn't listen, I'd give them detention. If they don't follow instructions on what was told to do, I'll write it down and give it to an HD.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would take the lesson that I taught and put it in the end of the year exam.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He would do his best, take notes, chat, and be very friendly to all of the other teachers.

Backstory

Remove this comment after posting.*/ When chase was a baby, he had been treated very well. As he grew up he knew he had to help the others out so when Chase was a child, he enjoyed school. When they were talking about what they wanted to be in the future, Chase finally knew. He wanted to be a music teacher. He enjoys music and he wanted to teach music when he was older. He was a quite fun, happy child. When he was older and moved to Karakura, Japan, he knew it was time to make his dreams come true. He went through college so that he could get a good job like being a teacher. He loves children, and wants to teach them so that they grow up and have good grades to have a happy and good life. Now that he is almost old enough, he wants to teach children. He enjoys being around them. Now that he is old enough, he believes he should be able to give the same gift he was given and be able to teach the children to give them a happy and good life. All chase wants to do now is teach the children with his girlfriend, and live a happy life knowing that he did a good job helping out others, and giving them a good life.
