Backstory:
Graziano Kaderona, born in Italy and raised as a proud Italian by his father who is an mafia-underboss. Graziano had a good private-school in Italy which would make him speak fluent Italian. Once he became 16, He saw what his father did in his business and he admired his father so badly that he wanted to do the same like he was (being a mafia-underboss). He was amazed, and he started to do research about it to learn more and more.
When Graziano aged 26, he would be a Mafia-Underboss already as his father resigned from the mafia of his grandfather called "La Cosa Nostra". He would be giving missions to mafia-members at sending them into town in Karakura in order to look for enemies and intimidating them. If the enemy is suddenly starting to punch a member, the member will be dragging the enemy to a house and starting to knock the enemy out and afterwards carving something into her. When Graziano aged 29, the day came that he was a mafia-boss- The entire Mafia was happy and celebrating it by just an Italian party. Graziano has now his risks of being exposed as a mafia member, to avoid that he will of course send his men instead of him doing the job.
"The Suspect"
Due to a situation that happened, people started to suspect Graziano of organizing an attack on a girl named "Vic". Graziano would just act like he didn't do anything but a girl called "Inka" still suspected him. Graziano wouldn't confess of him organizing it and he gave fake reasons in order to gain trust. This worked and Graziano was able to be trusted by Inka.

Soon after the conversation, Graziano left being blessed that they didn't find out that he organized it. After that, Graziano and his brother Marcus decided to smoke cigarettes together and discussing several arrangements and business-deals given from several alliances.
4 days later after the conversation between Inka and Vic, Graziano was going to Marcus (his brother) talking about Graziano acting like a mafia-boss as he shouldn't due to him getting exposed.
A few days later, Inka, Marcus, and Graziano decided to sit down at their house. This was the moment when Graziano confessed that he organized the crime-attack on Vic because he wasn't able to handle the pressure of hiding the situation. Inka didn't betray him because she acknowledged that she would know that Graziano would pay her back. But Graziano acknowledged that she wouldn't betray him so he wasn't concerned at all. So soon after the situation, he found out that there were multiple people trying to mess with Graziano by harassing him with throwing snowballs, saying rough Italian words to him etc. So there were 3 mafia members around him and they were going to fight the people who did harass Graziano.
Graziano was going to make some new plans for the mafia, as he decided to make them more dangerous by telling them to look for danger in order to make them not getting bored. So Graziano did that and mafia members started to follow his orders. Hours passed by, and while Graziano was at Eleven-7 a kid called 'Axe'. Graziano offered him to work for him as he was obviously looking for work, Graziano respected it when 'Axe' started to bow for Graziano out of respect, while Graziano normally destroys the lives of people who are messing with him or even an entire family.
"La Cosa Nostra"
While Graziano was doing several business plans, he decided to give his men who work for him several jobs to do. As he sent two of his capos to do work for Graziano who were known as Shizuku and Kazuo. Graziano would be calling all his men to be aware of his capos coming for them to fly over to Japan to continue their work in Karakura.

They also brought "Soraya Arai" with them as she would be good of use due to her being sweet and kind. This would be a way to lure enemies by just giving them a favor, of course members have to take risks to be in Graziano's mafia. Kazuo and Shizuku would be meeting each other in Italy for several arrangements being made by Graziano and other crime-families. Graziano would be returning to Karakura after and didn't tell anyone about the arrangement.
"Mafia"
Graziano started to start serious business in the mafia, so no childish nonsense would get involved into it. So he started to set up punishments which would be set to a 3 warn limitation and if the 3 warns are there, the people will get roughed up and getting threw out of the mafia itself.
Graziano was in jail for one year and four months so he decided to make plans right there.
