so i died ICly i changed rpname and desc but the problem is i cant change skin because its not full access i got it from a friend but he didnt know the security questions so do i is necessary to change skin? or not?

It's not necessary to change the skin. As long as the name is changed and the description is tweaked, you're fine.

1: its not needed to change skin
2: a moderator knows the rules well enough
3: if a staff member gives an answer theres no need to give a diffrent answer as it will cause confusion
