I am crash eveytime I try and sign a book

Every time I sign and close a book I get this message

Oh yeah, the same thing happened to me, but I figured it out how to fix it.
First of all, what version of Minecraft are you on?

Use 1.13.1, 1.13.2 is glitched and will crash with certain things.

It's probably an issue with one of the server mods. Hopefully the developers of each can fix the issues. Might be a compatibility issue as well.
