Julian can at times find it hard to keep a straight face. As much as this is not in a way a 'physical abnormality', it is indeed an abnormal trait to himself, that he can't simply stop.

Julian's wounds are predominantly all be self-inflicted. This would include down the front of his left thigh, down his left arm to the wrist, and finally over his left arm completely as a whole.
An exception to this would be an ice-pick stab wound scar from a when a murder backfired and he was also stabbed in the process with whatever the victim could find to hand.

Being a somewhat mentally unstable individual, his beliefs on religion vary depending on what mindset he is in and what he is doing. When carrying out certain types of psychotic behavior/torturing methods, he will include the sending of somewhat 'prayers' to a 'devil' of sorts to ensure that the victim may end up in 'hell' after the killing. When he is generally around in the public, he prefers to say that he is Agnostic: the belief in something being there, but the knowledge to what is unknown to themselves.

Personality:
Julian is a provocative and very egotistical character. He has an attitude towards people that can't be changed or swayed no matter what form they try and speak to him. He's very blunt with people he doesn't like, and very truthful and deepened on people he does. He's arrogant to the fact that his actions have consequences, and can be seen as an emotionally and physically ruthless character. His trust issues, which stem from his past, making him a very closed-off person, taking this locked up anger and hatred towards his victims.
Traits:
He's known to be a very dirty killer. His deaths are often sporadically shown with blood amounts on a vast scale. He enjoys watching anything bleed.
Julian is very predictable. People can often anticipate his next move, making him very easy to dictate.
Julian is a very neat/OCD freak when it comes to his belongings. He can become upset and angered extremely quickly if he finds that one of his items have been moved from their original placing.
Flaws:
Julian is in no way perfect.
Looks being deceiving: As much as his appearance is appealing making him seem an all-round perfect person, Julian has grown up often with separation anxieties. This would mean that when his father left for work, Julian would often feel panicked or in danger without his presence due to simple mind games played on himself.
Unable to use long/heavy equipment: Another flaw of his is hand-eye coordination. Julian doesn't have the best coordination, meaning that using long or heavy weaponry puts his accuracy at risk of failing. This removes katana's, naginata's and any of the kind out of the question for his methods.
Bad handwriting: Julian is often unable to even read his own hand-writing. As a day-to-day school skipper, he often never attended his local high school resulting in his writing skills being used only in an emergency. He often refrains from signing any papers due to the signature being illegible and changing each time he signs a new paper.
Mental Abnormalities:
Julian is built nothing like his father or mother; they are united only by their similar attitudes/skills towards sadistic mind games and methods. Julian is impulsive, cantankerous, argumentative, sarcastic, and easy to offend. His behavior hints at some kind of mental illness, psychopathy, pyromania, and lack of empathy, mixed with some kind of attention disorder. He is a spoiled brat which is in all cases definitely used to getting his way without consequences.

The Bevans family owns a business, this being called the Bevans Society. It was based upon raising money for those who may need this, including the homeless, poorer, in need and raising money for those with terminal/life-threatening illnesses. This was begun by Julian's mother, Fiona, who passed away when Julian turned 16. She was murdered by Julian.
Julian managed to frame this death upon an old friend of his, who ended up with a death sentence. Julian often acts as if he owns the company himself, treating anyone who comes for help with nothing but disrespect and arrogance, seeing as he lived life easier than others.
