Well, I have winrar. It worked good for me when I had put it in the folder, it pretty much converts all .zip files into those book looking files which is Winrar, Or else it wouldve been a folder, It can open up things previously before, and there are no downsides to it, if it doesnt work or if you dont like it you can easily remove it / uninstall it from your PC. You can find out which bit you need by checking your computer settings. You should try using winrar honestly, it's a great converter and it may start working for you.

It does not do that Shizai, you have to put in the entire ZIP file otherwise it will not recognize the file structure.

Should work after getting software that can convert files into .zips. It should already be in a .zip form once you download it from offline and you slip it into the shaders file. I dont see why it's not working, the only difference is that I used Winrar and it came in the winrar .zip form instead of any other software so I'm unsure how to fix this, it should be working.

So would i put the winrar into the minecraft shaders pack file?
Winrar turns your folders into .zips, if they are normal folders they need to be .zips (.zips in Winrar looks like books) So each folder you download will come zipped and you slip it in the folder in shaders in minecraft directories. Not the application winrar itself. Leave that be as its just required to he on there. Just the folder that was previously not working

@TheWolfieQueen If I'm right it is just as simple this:
1. Make sure you have optifine installed for the version you want to play Minecraft on https://optifine.net/downloads
2. go to the website you want the shaders of and download them, in your case: https://bitslablab.com/
3. The downloaded file should look like "BSL_v7.1.04.1.zip" the .zip might not show if you don't have file extensions enabled.
3. Copy or Move that file you download to %appdata%/.minecraft/shaders
5. Restart your Minecraft.
6. Open the version with optifine installed.
7. Go to Settings > Video settings > Shaders. And click on BSL_v7.1.04.1.
8. You should have shaders enabled now
If this does not work please reply so I can try to help. But I think this should do the trick.
