She does agree with some ideals about Communism, and elements of Fascism, but does not believe in control nor satisfactions for personal need and want, for that to her, is the path of suffering. Dharma is very important to her.
General Appearance
Appearance:
Namgyal can easily be mistaken as a person from Mongolia, for her features match that of a Mongol female, a hearty body, with large breasts and a sort of wide frame. She also appears to be tall for her peoples standards, which is usually sterotype by people in the West, although she doesn't seem to hate that value that much. Her arms are slightly strong, although not strong as say, a males', but strong enough to carry a few things, showing she isn't weak.
Personality:
Namgyal appears to follow her Buddhist traditions to the best of her abilities, and with that, is a rather polite and pleasant person. She appears to moderate her language, and talks very calmly, and slowly toward people. She tries her best to be formal, but sometimes, she will be informal, and say things she do not mean to say. She is very respectful of other people's space, privacy and beliefs, and seems to loathe those who talk down on their beliefs or political ideals, even if they may seem inherently evil, knowing there is punishment for their actions.
She views good and evil as a constant struggle in the universe, and that the only way to truly balance it, is through Karma. Every action leads to either a good rebirth, or bad rebirth, but can indeed be dealt with through making up for said action. She believes that all actions ultimately determines one reincarnates into, and judges the person's soul, but does believe that everyone has a chance at redemption, even if they have a bad reincarnation.
Namgyal hardly gets angry, but when she does, she seems to forgive the person, or sometimes even denies the apology that a person gives her, reminiscing Buddha's time where he was displeased with one of his followers spouting anger at him, and coming back the next day, apologizing and being different. She doesn't appear to be a person who can really stay angry at a person, and lets go of grudges. She will refuse to speak to a person if they wronged her too many times, and tends to ignore them.
Diseases/Illness:
None.
Character Voice:
Just like this. Imagine this with a young woman's voice. It's similar to a Mongolian female talking.

A mini Buddhist Prayer Wheel to spin, a singing bowl, an Orthodox Cross she had got as a gift from a good Orthodox Friend back in Russia. She has various makeshift versions of her meditation tools so that her actual ones won't be taken away by instructors.
Clothes:
Currently, she is wearing a rather Western Getup, with a white tshirt, some jeans and letting down her hair.
Hobbies:
Namgyal enjoys drinking different varies of teas, in addition, she seems to enjoy mind games and puzzles, since they relax her mind, and calms her thoughts. She also appears to enjoy reading, and learning about different people's cultures, as they interest her, and seems to pursuit it. She oddly likes different flavors of ice cream, and will usually try every flavor if present.
Serious Problems/Flaws/Addictions/Disorders/Disabilities:
The biggest problem with Namgyal, is that she sometimes will have trouble remembering a few things, which can result in her becoming rather informal, or inappropriate. Her actions at times is what fears her, as she does not wish to do anything horrible that would cause her bad Karma, and contradict herself when she says certain things when it comes to that point. In addition, her constant fear of her intersex gender being found out by other people makes her rather afraid that people will probably kill her. Although she doesn't publically show it, every single day, she usually dreads it, for it is not like home, and her parents nor her younger siblings aren't around to help her and support her.
Skills:
Namgyal is pretty skilled in horseback riding and foraging for food. She also has survival skills that includes hunting, gathering and wilderness survival.
Querks:
Namgyal has a habit of sometimes using her prayer tools at unexpected times, which includes during class. Certain times of the day, she will use them... and sometimes, they could be taken away from her, which usually bugs her greatly, even when she explains to said instructor that is her religious beliefs, and even with paper work present infront of them in her file, they still do it anyways. As a result, she will use anything else to emulate a prayer wheel to spin, even if they aren't. It's something that eases herself. She knows not to use a singing bowl in class, for it is too loud.
Since her tools are too valuable to be taken away, she decided to recreate them.

Backstory:
Born in a family of four, Namgyal Ketsunyeva was born on the 17th of April, in the year 2003 in Kalmykia, a Russian Federal Republic on the European side of the Federation. She grew up primary in the small city of Iki-Burul, and was there for quite a while until moving away from the Republic at the age of 9 due to poor job opportunities and the fact that Russia was not at all a good place for them to stay, namely for her father, Khetsun, who figured that moving to a different place would benefit them better.
Much of her childhood life had her go to school in Elista, which she would enjoy, since it was sort of diverse like Karakura. She would make a few friends there, and learn a bit more about other people. One of them, who was from Japan, talked to her about her home town, Karakura, and how it was much like this one. She wondered why a Japanese girl would end up in Kalmykia, but she could ask the same about her father wanting to move away to Karakura. It was almost as if they were going the exact opposite directions.
When the time came for her family to move to Karakura, Namgyal would learn the girl's name, Miko, and would learn that her family moved to Kalmykia because her father found what made her happy, and she would encourage Namgyal to also follow that pursuit of happiness. If Miko was happy, Karakura could make Namgyal happy as well... It's a funny thing, really.
