Which rank did you purchase, and did you have anything else within your cart? You may have added something such as a Custom Item and left it within it without knowing

If you used paypal, you should be able to show the transaction that was made. We really cannot do anything about this, I'd reccomend contacting Duckings or Im6 VIA discord WITH proof of the transaction made.
