If anything, my only recent warn was that I was supposed to be on school grounds and I was waiting for my news reporter role at the time, other than that, I have NOT gotten a kick or ban for at least 2 years. So far I plan to at least try to keep a clean record of anything.

Why do you want to own a shop?:
Ethnicity.
There’s many other languages that is based in Karakura the main one being Japanese. The point of this is to explore and try out new and different sorts of cultures that could be brought around and brought in the community, this one being Vietnamese. I want to perhaps maybe let the community see something different, originally having to have a korean based joint though some of me and my friends decided to do something we personally know ourselves, which is our culture. This is meant to bring more of the community together and again, some people would rather try something maybe perhaps something their style and something a bit old-fashioned or something from their hometown.
Time.
There’s so much left over time being in SRP making it seem bland or boring. Of course some places not even being open at the time well, is your fridge empty and still is after every time you open it? Well come on over to THE Fridge where food never runs out! Of course, who doesn’t want a restaurant that only rarely opens when it can open basically almost 24/7! With fun dates that could be held in a whole new culture where not only you but your partner doesn’t now either! Try something new, perhaps maybe not be in the same spot for the 3rd time in the day or maybe come grab a bite or something new as everything is only sold here.
Organization.
That’s one thing I'm not basically somewhat well experienced in but sometimes I have a mini freak out though I can see myself doing this in fact in real life. Having to see and plan how much is how much and where and when to do things is quite fun nonetheless. I have been able to gather and build information and plan out what needs and is to be done. Being to even take a class about business I have fairly well background and understanding. It takes time and skill to be able to “master” it but learning is where it gets fun, having to go through trial and error.
RP Experience.
As much as this is something I absolutely have no idea and no clue of what I’m walking myself into, I’m willing to take this risk to do so. I’m going to take this risk and learn some more things, learn. I want to see if even if I would want to do this in person, if I wish to own a place, business, restaurant, I’m open to new ideas, being in the middle of the path being ‘stuck'. I hope to see if this is something I would want. What if so this is temporarily, this is an experience I wish to be apart in.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
If this shop application does end up getting accepted, I will gather up and with few of my friends, spend a couple $60 here and there every month to get new and more custom items to offer to the community as it is to grow. But firstly let’s go through the steps.
Firstly I will find out who will be officially be helping out and paying for said custom food related items. We will be about around at most 10+ new custom food items at least by the end of possibly 3-4 months due to being no job whatsoever but we will hopefully almost succeed in this, we will maybe have 3-5 custom items at most ready to be sold so far, I will try to at least get 2 new additions every other week.
Getting notified of what will be helping out, surely they will not be scammed and will be placed into the restaurant with quite what seems like where they should go into. I will keep an eye with my trustie co-owner to make sure everyone’s getting what they should be getting. Keeping track of who is who and what is what. We will have a hiring session and we will be able to contact with full reasoning. We will try to be open most of the time though enough to keep the “hype.” Those who will be hired will automatically be placed in the ‘trainee’ section and will not be paid YET. Those who do not seem for the job will be removed. Trainees will be trainees for a week and will be placed into a higher job if seemed fit for it.
Building. Ah, such wonders to be set input with this, being planned and scaled to see what it should be envisioning and be put from dreams into ‘reality.’ Personally, I love building, I will hope to be able to enhance and grow as a small builder and be quite elite. I’m always open to new holes and willing to learn from around me, taking inspiration from places like Instagram, Planet Minecraft, Youtube, Twitter, and other sorts of social media. I will spend a lot of time trying to decide and work out to see which one would be the best in the final outcome.
Setting out the playing field, officially open. With the new hired people, with everything to be set, it should be open and able to be easily accessed to not only me but to the workers. Though those who attempt to disagree and think otherwise would gladly walk out of the door. We will be holding multiple training sessions and multiple tasks given out. They are all required to understand and acknowledge, and all my workers have the right to refuse any customer giving some sort of use.
How will your shop be unique?:
The food itself. This is made to be a restaurant hence there will be food only sold here that will be given out to its customers when asked. Having to custom item at most Vietnamese food will help culture wise and grow more and to out branch and maybe inspire others. Attempting to give out and offer different type of cuisines to give and offer out to the community keeping it all fresh and new. We will try to bring new and newer food every month around 2-4 per month.
This restaurant is meant to be serious rp only meaning detail and effort will be given when making the food. Every worker must know and understand how to make which type of food in order to give out to the customer. Of course like in real life, people would have to wait for their food or drink giving them, though it will not be like a whole hour wait to give their order but enough time for them to be pleased and happy with the expectations.
This being having to hopefully be in fact ‘popular’ and ‘known’ every worker is given a chance to either be worked up or demoted having different sorts of workers and levels in expectations, each one being higher than the other. Every worker has the right and can in fact attempt to redeem themselves even if they disappoint me once. This shop will in fact not at all go into corruption nor go down in flames. I will try my best to help influence and do the best for this restaurant and is open to constructive criticism. Not to mention, we do have our very own Handbook. [ CLICK HERE ]
Making another change, this is going to be seen as a fancy high class, something where it’s all modern being fixed with a forest texture though very open with a high roof, lots of open space with glass almost all around. This is meant to look like something a bit high class but with the culture inside and in between, with traditional artwork. Everything being seen will be all silverware and clean.
This restaurant can also be used for hosting events or gatherings with other things to have such as gatherings, meet ups, business, events, dinners, reservations, weddings, celebrations (birthday, first shower, new-years, holiday, etc.) This is made to be a multipurpose restaurant to help those and which should be needed to do. We also do accept any recommendations to what add-ons should be accepted and what not to bring up new customers and more variety.
Our waitresses and waiters will be trained severely difficult to reach our standards in order to seem like it was clearly fine dining as it is the impression we are giving off, being treated not only with just sometimes harsh training but the best rewards. We always give off second chances to those who wish to improve them to be better and we are open to everyone.
Our reputation should be as what it should seem, always asking for the customers review asking what they thought of the food, anything they wish to see or like, or anything if they wish to add to our menus, we take consideration into everyone. We strive to be what our expectations but enough to be satisfied with where we will end off in. Somewhere where everyone is satisfied with our hard work and training we put into this, putting every last drop to see and experience what it feels like if you were to dine in real life with the "high class."
Our interviews are fairly hard to pass though straight-forward. Asking rarely anything but their standards, making sure they can detail-rp with making the food or the way they serve. Talking elegantly and serving the quality. We always prefer quality over quantity. We will be sure to host more and often interviews for those who wish to see and attempt to shoot their shot.

How payments should go accordingly by every 2 weeks they will receive their paycheck. They will all be notified when to go on and wait inside to gain their paycheck. They must firstly notify and put in the channel in the server that they have done 10 shifts without being lousy or doing nothing. Those who are caught doing nothing will be demoted or sent off with them telling they can NOT submit this as a shift. PRICES WILL CHANGE DEPENDING ON THE MARKET
