Hello server where can i combine skins? i was doing it on Nova Skin, but now it doesnt works.

Am I the only one like this? I can't start playing on the server until my skin is perfect (lol, because with a good skin people will agree to talk to me, right?), and when I draw a character for several hours, and then I didn't like result, I'm just leaving to play something else....
and it's been like this for 4 months
