It says this sometimes, and then it'll say I've reached maximum grade, but my grade doesn't change visually. It just says 8th grade. My IGN is Kraaave

I've been playing on the server for a while, and I've stayed at grade 8 for a long time, and haven't graded up yet. Is there a way for me to fix this? I think I would be grade 12 by now, or older. Thanks !
