Each and every OOC day will feature an event. It does not have to be a big event, but at least one event everyday in order to maintain the interactive and fun vibe of roleplaying. Events would have to be added to the /events list, and they should be added for an entire week in advance. Events will be planned by the event team, and it doesn't have to be something completely out of the ordinary type of events, it could be something as simple as giving pizza in the school cafeteria, or placing hooky tables on the baseball pitch to play, or watering plants in the school greenhouse. You may suggest some events you would like to see on the server below, and you may also suggest to event team in DM to see your own event on the server.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
Sometimes the server can get really empty and boring, you're left with no choice but to log and touch grass in real life, which is something that we do not want to do. But now, since everyday there's a new different event, it would be more fun to wait for events to roleplaying and make new friends. Perhaps one day you'll find an event you truly like, which will make you even more addicted to the server to the point where you won't even consider leaving. Hopefully, this will make more people start joining every minute of the day for the event.

-1, This would be really hard as most events the members of the community team (Event) have to talk to Tippie about doing a small event even I believe, They do often do events but I think doing 1 per day would just be too much for them to plan and Event team members also have a lot of other things to do for say the other faction's they are in and much more.

It’s not a bad suggestion, and I think the event team wouldn’t have an issue with it if you expand the roster. HOWEVER. Events are meant to be an every once in a while thing that occurs. It would take all the fun out of it if events were every single day.

Though I do believe the server lacks frequent flash events and it is something I’d like to see happen more often, just not on a daily basis

Coming from someone currently on event team; sure it's nice to have events happen here and there, it's fun since the community has something to do when they can.. But it's a complete hassle. Just monitoring and doing a single event to plan, it's a hassle as it is. Even mini ones. It's not a bad suggestion I'll be honest but it's the fact it's daily and not to mention- the roster is small. As Infi mentioned events are something that happen every once in a while, too many and too much is a hassle and kind of takes the fun out of any other event. Just 3 events within a month is already a lot, it's hard to get through everything without problems here and there. Though, if you'd like an event, there's no wrong in suggestions for them, as well as applying for event team yourself! I do think flash events are nice here and there, but daily is just a bittttt muuuchh..

I agree that a flash event every week or two could be nice! Even if its something that staff can put together/school things/etc etc. But, I dont think we need a event EVERYDAY as its just bothersome and people might get upset that they missed a event due to outside responsibilities

that's why infi recommended an event team expansion? there are plenty of applications, it wouldn't be hard to have a bigger event team. daily events are definitely not a good idea, but having some more smaller events would really liven up the server

I'm saying this as someone who had a few friends in E.T in the past, or was sitting there thinking of ideas for their application... No, just, no. Yes, ideas may be a good thing for events but every single day would be hard, considering sometimes those events involve having staff there to make sure it goes a certain way, people who are involved via E.T will be hard to overall do every single day.

Keep in mind, most of E.T are in school or work, it's why currently there's not a lot of them but they still do happen, it may frequent during breaks to have events that's not in the school calendar for planned events that happens once during a year.. So what I suggest is making player-made events similar to what the Fazwell family does (they do performances but I count it as an event) or parties, of course, gathering the people may be hard at first

I agree with what Infi said above.. I think it would get rid of the thrill of the events that DO happen, but I think it would be cool if the event team did small little events more frequently, something like.. an ice cream truck.. or whatever! Yeah

The event team would have to triple in size to accommodate the planning and execution that this would take to be a daily thing even just for smaller events.
I would love for more events more often, and the event team has been active in more recent times with fun and thought out ideas. I love seeing the little characters and stuff they come up with, like the elves that wandered the streets. I think they are doing plenty as is, as these things cant be rushed.

Huge +1, not even ironically.

I'll likely get a hefty bit of flak for this take, but the sports and club factions (mostly) do nothing for the majority of the playerbase outside of their own circles. Rather than having all of these official groups' activity based solely on what they do in their own isolated groups, why not put them to work in providing things to do for everyone else? The way I see it, it could be like these groups are hosting their equivalent of a class activity, except with more of a focus on what they do.

I think it would be a decent bit of work to set up but the payoff would be a more active sports / club scene and a LOT of potential for interaction between said groups and the rest of the playerbase.

okay. daily, no, no!!!!

event team cannot make an event EVERY DAY! and I'm assuming the other factions CAN'T either! They're busy planning other events and dealing with stress doing that too. Maybe bi-weekly events could work, but DAILY or WEEKLY is way too dense. too many events will also make events feel redundant, as well as less enjoyable and special.

I think the correct way to call this is daily scenarios rather than events, and completely agree that they should be quite easy to either automate or have a single reminder of the event time online to trigger, whether it be handing out pizza in the cafeteria like you said through some sort of machines or however it may be.

Though I do agree there should be like some kind of small daily event it’s to harsh on event team, in general.

Though I do wish there was a tier four tornado to kill some.. people..

-1 for three core reasons

1. event teams have lifes, they won't be able to provide this daily
2. the creativity to have such events happen daily would be insane and would definetly run dry
3. events are well.. events. they are supposed to happen almost spontaneously and have this sort of looking forward to aspect. making it daily would just make it routine and kinda ruin the point of it.
