As of the time I am writing this; I consider it to be an eight out of ten, I am active in most days, and in most hours, however, there are times I will be occupied by work, and commissions that I do not find myself available at certain hours, especially when I am currently in the search for a job. But I do not think it will hinder my performance and activity drastically over the server or my time at the faction.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
My time over SRP has approximately reached two years now, or over. I have been roleplaying consistently for most months, and weeks within the server and I could safely say that I have garnered a decent reputation over my name as a result; especially within the tailoring or art sub-community within SRP. During the past few months from now, I have been enjoying my time as a Shopkeeper ever since the 13th of August when I was accepted, though my duties are straightforward – opening the shop & what-not – I have been doing my part with completing quotas, though that is only the surface of what I do; as I made deals with other businesses, striking some internal drama within the shop to add more flavor for my employees, and have been working on a collaboration with Honey Corp in the past few days. When given this much freedom, I tend to enhance my purpose and duty. And, this is just one of the primary examples of what I normally do in roleplay; making things engaging for others.
My overall roleplay experience extends over SRP, and I have been roleplaying for consistently eleven years now. That roleplaying became part of my daily routine, and lifestyle. I have been dabbling in a lot of roleplaying communities in the past such as; text base over discord, in-game roleplaying communities similar to SRP, and I have been participating in DnD campaigns atop of it all. In addition, I have always focused on a character’s goal, and development – How their actions have consequences, and thus affected their life, and those around them; letting things unfold naturally throughout the narrative, and see how it goes from there has always been my style of roleplay.
What is your motivation for applying?
A need for stimulation, and to dance along the lines seeking a challenge. To test the waters amongst the heavy tide; I want to keep the cogs running for my cognitive ability by re-evaluating, and taking on the mind of a passive listener while coming up with better solutions for a character’s troubles. I have always feared jumping into the role of a psychiatrist for the responsibilities burdened on their shoulders, evaluation was not my strongest strong suit, yet after witnessing, and interacting with friends or those that are more familiar with the role, I have reconsidered and see the psychiatrist role in a more different light that I could tackle. Not only do I want to challenge myself, I want to crawl out of my comfort zone, and push myself further – To Infinity and Beyond.
I have plans for my journey within EMS, primarily centered on the character that I have created a few weeks ago; he is one of the things that I have loved, and admired over – With how he is played; he pushes my boundaries over writing, and creates a gate-way for interesting interactions. To put it in a short summary, they are a person who does not follow the common niche, and characteristics of a psychiatrist; they simply dance over the line when it comes to morals, but they are heavily disciplined over their work, and ethics – striking a flaming passion over their duties; with strong values over professionalism, consistency and diligence. this character will be keeping me, and the others ‘hopefully’ entertained.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
The Hospital Faction serves as one of the primary staples that keeps Karakura running, and alive, without it, the city itself would simply be– “Poof!” Here, and there, left and right, plopping dead, and stepped on like asphalt on the side of the road.
The Hospital Faction gives medical services for both psychological and physical to those who are in need, whether immediate or not, they keep people from death’s door, having an impact that strongly ascertains over the lives of the living. And, from an outside of character point of view, they also assist with a character’s development, whether it’d be through physical health, or to assist in one’s mental progress. They also answer emergency calls with KPD if medical attention is needed on the scene, they will come running in and aid the injured - this also extends to working with KPD; performing blood tests to identify suspects & fingerprints, and so on.
The purpose of a doctor; from professionally diagnosing patients for their prognosis, and giving proper treatment; prescribing the necessary medication that works best to improve their physical health. The doctor’s duty extends further; capable of performing surgeries to maintain the patient’s physical welfare – keeping them alive, and stable. When needed, they can perform surgeries to also replace missing parts such as limbs, or eyes for a prosthetic.They do God’s work, really.
The duty of a psychiatrist; they give the necessary medication that corresponds to one’s mental ailment – in hopes that it will improve, aid, or promote stability to one’s psyche. They mainly focus on the patient’s mental, and emotional state; aiding in one’s improvement by giving the necessary treatment, or advice for their patients. They are one of the staples that aids a character’s mental development as well, whether it goes good or bad, depends heavily on the interaction, and the character they are dealing with.
Lastly, the Paramedics; the emergency department, their focus lies on field of action; answering calls, and physically leaving the hospital to give immediate medical attention to those that are in need; stabilizing patients to increase their survivability, and preventing further damage to their body, all while preparing the patient for surgery as they make their way back to the hospital via the ambulance.

On December 21st 1990, in the freezing dusk, Anri Kaseya alongside his twin sister, Kairi Kaseya, were both born on the outskirts that borders the Karakura City, at the edge of a small town within Tsubasa.
Compared to his sibling, Anri Kaseya was rather the talkative one, the child who asks too many questions, grew to be an overbearing poet, who had developed a unique speech pattern during the start of his teenage years. He was already physically different from most children, though he had never considered himself as an outcast, but those around him to be the ones that happen to just be different. He never let this stop him from his self-expression, better yet, with his mindset, it improved it. Being different, and standing amongst the crowd gives him more time in the spotlight, which he cherished deeply. And, being an academic weapon, simply rising atop of his grades, gave him more attention from his family, and gave him a sense of power over others, in which that mindset has never left him, even to this day.
When he became an adult, Anri moved out of the island, to pursue a degree in the city of Tokyo alongside his sister, seeking out proper education to go down the path of becoming a forensic psychiatrist, something he had long since considered when he was in the middle of Highschool. With diligence, and effort Anri aced his grades, thus earning him the proper certificate. Though, as he grew older, and gained more experience, he found himself bored of where he was. Living the dull life wasn't for him, and when the idea was brought up to him to go back to the island, he put it upon himself to move to Karakura, and to hopefully continue on his job as a psychiatrist here.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Forensic Psychiatry
One’s purpose is to evaluate, and to consult a proper diagnosis over a patient whom of which are either inmates, or defendants; to see if they are mentally well, and qualify to stand for trial, or a danger to their own well-being, and the well-being of those around them. And, to, of course, conduct proper treatment to these patients if needed.
Reason of interests;
Anri Kaseya has always had a strong interest towards both the law, and the psychological depth behind the curtains that holds the mindset of a criminal, after all, being the eye of an observer was simply his specialty, and this was simply the ticket to be more attuned, perhaps you can consider it an obsession – of one who wants to pick apart the psychological cogs that turns one mind to do such heinous crimes, there is always a why behind it all, a reason albeit a desire, or a need like an itch one must scratch to be at a temporary peace- Those are what Anri wants to dabble on further within his career, to find the why, and what could lead to these actions - the struck of a criminal’s mind differs from the standard, as killing or maiming goes against the human instinct, that is not natural, yet why does Karakura have so many? It is like a hivemind, and spreads about like an infection, one after another, hence Kaseya’s interests in working here is strongly rooted to these reasons. In addition, being a psychologist was too belittling and less challenging within Kaseya’s own perspective, so in which they chose to go down the medical path, and be a licensed psychiatrist instead.

Yes, they have worked in the medical field for over nine years in total, and seven years as a psychiatrist in Tokyo, Japan.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
The spiritual manifestation of the brutality encompassed by the crude elements of winter. Often interpreted by outsiders as callous, tethered to their words are strong opinions that are as blunt as the dull side of a rusty blade, and an individual that always leans to the logical means for a solution. A self centered entity that sees the stage for their own well-being to dance on, a challenge of temptation, and desire. However, Anri Kaseya values formalities, and professionalism with their work as it aligns with their moral compass, and personal principles that has molded them to be this way. The general perspective of most washes off, as it is poured down the drain when referring to their patients, albeit they still remain true to their words, and blunt with how they deliver their dialogue, but they are ‘kinder’ – less callous, and more lenient that would surprise most.
In summary of their character, they are just a strict critique, an observer that speaks true to their word with naught a lace of fault, nor prejudice as Anri Kaseya as a whole do not stand for the false, and unfair judgement that befalls others despite the layers stacked on the surface that says otherwise, just adds more complexity to their being.
The albino of Japanese-descent carries themselves with a gentle poise, and they are always seen to be adorned in heels despite standing at an average 5’9” with a lean, curvature build, atop of their androgynous features. Anri, a being blessed with a voice that echoes in hypnotic tunes; speaking in a unique, yet poetic dialect, refusing to stray away from rhythmic hymns as it adds more emphasis to their elegance and ethereal character that they portray themselves to be, combined with a one-eyed glare that casts judgement to those that disrupt the balance of its own morals
How does your character act around the hospital?
In caution, and follows a strict rule of thumb in regards to their professionalism; speaking, and addressing people in formalities, all-while carrying themselves with regality and pouring their focus upon their work with a sense of duty. However, when there is time to bicker, he will use the opportunity to do so, only when it is the right time, and place amongst their colleagues only. Kaseya draws a strict line in relation to their patients, and does not want to develop any attachments nor gain some sort of ‘bond’ in, and especially, outside of work. They are patients, and they will stay that way, which is one of Anri’s strongest principles. In addition, they are not afraid to plant their foot down when a line has been drawn, and remind others to stay behind the barriers of the rules.
Attentiveness is one of the things Anri would be known for, paying close attention to what was said, and done in their environment, even when they are not doing anything, their attentive attention span is something that has developed over the years that it became second nature. Always prepared to react when needed, and take action when suited. Slacking, and procrastinating ruins Anri’s image, so they always stay vigilant and diligent when they are wearing the uniform.

Anri Kaseya is a duality that works best in both worlds. They are adaptive in most scenarios, and in their working environment. An observant listener, a follower, a step-up leader when required, and one of their strongest characteristics; ‘Judgement’. Observing their surroundings, and absorbing the context given, subsequently casting strong judgement of the scenario to seek out a sensible solution that fits best; prioritizing decisions that will lead to less casualties, and losses, and straying away from options that says otherwise, reaching the goal with a pile of dead bodies under your feet is not an ideal image Anri Kaseya would like stained in their name.
Believe it or not, Anri is a social fiend, and would go out of their way to socialize when there is time to spare. They have no problems working with other people, especially when it boosts their social battery significantly in comparison to working alone. But, either way, they have no problem that would significantly affect their performance with either working scenario.
