Describe your activity on the server:
My current activity on the server is a bit jumbled! After classes around 3:30 PM I am online during weekdays until 11 PM. Weekends are tricky for me as I always have something different planned. Often I will swing by SRP on Sundays in the evenings and Saturdays in the morning through 9 AM until 3 PM. (Weekend times may vary)
On weekends I usually adhere to at least 6 hours on SRP.
Weekends comply with at least 4 hours on SRP.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I acknowledge that inactivity will inevitably lead to a demotion. I'm confident in my leadership abilities and skills in planning schedules for future employees to follow. I believe this could teach others who would work alongside me the importance of time management as I’ve learned through tailoring and through school courses in my personal life.

Shop Information
What shop are you applying for?:
The shop I would like to apply for is the beloved, Sayonara Gift shop
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
Building a community - I enjoy watching communities progress as well as helping communities grow and prosper. Being a shopkeeper, you have the opportunity to make a community of your own so because of this I find that is what makes being a shopkeeper such a sought-after role. I've only had a slice of what it's like to lead on my own through Maiden internships and tailoring as a whole. Moreover, in the tailoring community, I have learned so much and believe that becoming a shopkeeper will inspire me to learn even more and become inspired by new things.
Experience - I'm confident that through my time spent on SRP I have the experience needed to challenge myself and experience the weight of a shopkeeper role. Not only do I enjoy seeing progress in others but also seeing progress in myself and the way I roleplay. Although the Minecraft yen earned through playing as a shopkeeper is very appealing, I already see myself as someone who has a great income and the amount of money needed to be successful and happy in SRP. Because of this I don't see a reason to have more than I already do. Through my experience in tailoring, I've become very stable with the money I make and have found I have nothing to do with it but buy useless items from auction that I'll never use. I'd like to use my money towards something more meaningful that is important to me such as a shop.
Character Growth - I would like my character Kazuno Minori-Hyeong to become a shopkeeper because she's at that time in life now where she has lived her high school life to the fullest, graduated into college and enjoyed her time on the college basketball team. It's time she hopped from the nest onto bigger things. She's a mother of a beautiful baby and the wife of a kind and loving husband; I don't want this to be the end of her story. Kazuno is a very independent person who could pursue amazing accomplishments. I consider Shopkeeper a very important role on the server, in my opinion being one of the most difficult roles to acquire and I am willing to put in as much of my time and effort into this application because of the opportunities it could bring to my roleplay experience.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
I plan to add fun games to the shop. It would have events that match up with other towns workers for example…
Cupcake wars!
I would steal the school chefs from their faction lead and they could visit the shop and hand out cupcakes for 500 yen along with the help of my cashiers. The cupcakes could have random notes on them through using /it that gave characteristics of who should get the cupcake squished in their face.
(For example) /it A note would read… Elderly women with short black hair!
These notes would be made by those selling the cupcakes and would not be mandatory to follow. If someone wanted to smash a cupcake into their friend's face, no one would be stopping them! At the end of the shift the money would be donated to a helpful cause such as the town hall.
Shrine Partnering
I may be biased but I would be insane not to plan a fun event with my beloved… SHRINE FACTION. When it comes to events and making things unique, it’s all about connecting with others. Perhaps I could plan an opening where shrine workers say hello and share a story or two to the customers that decide to visit and listen in. Obviously, there would need to be premade actions for this and I would be more than happy to write them up myself!
Cheerleader DUNK
Do cheerleaders ever annoy you as they walk by, their hair in a perfect silky state and skin clear of imperfections? Scratch that. It seems all cheerleaders have a norm, you’d think they're all put together and flawless but how about when that mask of makeup and fake tan melted away… What if they were DUNKED?
That’s how I’d put the advert, obviously it’d need to be shortened but how perfect! To do this I would contact either the college cheer team or highschool and ask politely if I could use their team for a fun little event in my shop during an opening. Simply aim for the bullseye and watch them PLOP into the tank of water!
Magazine with Euphoria
I would find it really exciting to have a cute magazine of all the items in my shop and outfits to match. What would happen is I would probably end up making the majority of the fits myself and ask the Euphoria server owner if it would be alright to partner with them in a little magazine. In return those who work at Euphoria could have a discount in my shop! Not only would this include corporations that seem to only reside in discord but are known of in Karakura, it could also be a great way to see some creative things posted in magazine auctions that Euphoria holds.
I could do something very similar to this with other corporations and businesses around Karakura as well! It would bring more realism into my shop and be exciting for those who are fond of other businesses also. Of course, I would do some events without townspeople involved but the information that was listed above would be the most exciting in my opinion. Furthermore, alone I can bring a lot to the table on my own. Through my experiences in SRP I’ve been involved in Crime RP, School Employee RP, basic Family RP, Maiden RP and far more after that. (No, I’m not going to make an excuse on how experienced people from a plethora of factions make you more qualified.) Because I disagree with that entirely, I’ve met greenies who could roleplay better than me and I consider myself at least a higher-than-average roleplayer. I believe that through my experiences I’ve become mildly attached to my characters and because of this reason alone, I continue to strive and create upstanding character growth! I’ve learned a remarkable amount of tools to make my characters' impressions on others their own and not just mine from something I would say or enact myself. With everything I have learned, I will not only bring dedication into my shop but also growth and new beginnings. I will bring a force of inevitability as I’ve always known myself to be someone who never gives up no matter how I may feel in the present moment. Besides what I say about myself to others for laughs and giggles, it’s something I’ve been confident in. My mind is always flowing with ideas, hence the ADHD so I will bring plenty of ideas to my own shop. I plan to have the shop stay as it is, the memorable Sayonara gift shop.

What will you sell in your shop?:
Before moving forward, I would like to mention I own a custom and would sell it in my shop. It’s a cute plushie / doll of my character.
(Ideas of customs I plan to add into my shop)
Furthermore, I will continue to use the items sold within sayonara although there will be a twist, things will definitely be switched up and I will find newer custom items through tailoring and people who decide to offer customs to my shop. I will also be putting my own money towards buying customs for the shop as well.

How many employees do you plan to have?:
SHOPKEEPER
Owner of the shop, there is only one
Shopkeeper will be in charge of keeping track of stocks and managing employees and managers. The shopkeeper will keep a watchful eye on each employee, being friendly towards them and welcoming. The shopkeeper will also be in charge of training staff and scheduling time for openings that allows every employee a chance to work. They will spend their time advertising their shop and finding ways to make it appealing to others who may be interested in either applying or purchasing items there. Other responsibilities include magazines for the shop, having the money needed / being financially stable for stocks and respect towards other shop owners. The importance of being a shopkeeper is showing up, being there and aware of everything going on through each opening can show your dedication to the shop and it is also very important to make sure your employees are doing their job correctly. This can avoid confusion for your staff in the near future as they know you are there and they can depend on you when needed.
MANAGEMENT
Owe 60%
For managers I would have three MAX
Managers would assist the shopkeeper through organizing inventory / stocks and openings along with other needs such as renovations and training for new workers.
CASHIER
Owe 70%
Seven cashiers MAX
Cashiers will come to the shop before openings, they will choose their stations and then begin using shop panel. To our customers they will have an action ready as they come up one at a time. Cashier employees may also attend events where Sayonara is included. If needed, these employees could help with other things around the shop such as adverts and ideas surrounding the shop's appearance.
TRIAL CASHIER
Owe 75%
Depending on the number of employees needed at the time, Maximum of five trial cashiers accepted
Trial cashiers will go through a process of training. They will become legitimate cashiers after working three shifts. During shifts trail cashiers are free to make mistakes and will be shadowing cashiers. If a mistake is made, extra support will go out to them and tools they may use to prevent this in the future.
GIFT WRAPPERS
45k per shift
Five gift wrappers MAX
This employee must be skilled with detailrp as it will be their main focus during an opening. Gift wrappers jobs are to interact with customers and offer assistance in chosing the perfect gift! Along with this role the main responsibility for these employees is to wrap gifts. I plan to buy an item that will resemble the gift that has been wrapped for gift wrappers to sell to customers and when used will turn into a random gift. (Or it will have no mechanic to it and just be a cutely wrapped box item) Once I get this item, what gift wrappers are paid will change. During shifts there will be two gift wrappers in the shop at a gift-wrapping station.
SECURITY
50k 5k more depending on if a customer needs to be escorted from the shop
Five security MAX
For each opening, two security guards would stand to the side of the entrance and be called over for assistance if there was conflict inside the shop. These employees may also assist the shop owner in queries surrounding threats to the shop and even conflict the shopkeeper is dealing with outside of openings.
TRIAL SECURITY
40k 5k more depending on if a customer needs to be escorted from the shop
Three MAX of trial security although this depends on how many security we need
Trial security will have a training before they are allowed to work at their first opening where they shadow security. The trial security would have to work three shifts before being accepted into security. When mistakes are made, extra care will go out to these individuals and tools to prevent these mistakes will be given.

How will you manage your employees?:
I will be sure to make sure each of my employees are involved in the shop equally. No one will be left stray unless inactive and, in that case, will be removed. I will ensure this through systems and organization skills I have learned through my time tailoring.
How will your shop appear?:
Keeping sayonara's bright and colorful spirit alive, I plan to have the shop contain bright colors such as pinks, purples, bright yellows and teal. Some ideas will be listed below to give a clearer picture.

There will be sections inside of the shop such as a plushy section, a toy section, centamentals, goodbye gifts, and in the future gift cards and bags. I plan for there to be a wrapping section as well where an employee will wrap the customers gift for them.
