What is your motivation for applying?:
Ever since I began playing SRP, about 8 or 9 months ago. I've always had a passion to explore more and more roleplay scenarios, situations, and factions.
My motivation is to fuel that passion, and by joining the KPD faction, I can do so.
Another thing is that I want to be a memorable and active member in the SchoolRP community.
As much as I know how much of a great responsibility the KPD faction really is, I feel as if I would fit well and be able to take that responsibility.
I'm also always looking to enhance my roleplaying skills and make myself more fond of it. I believe that SchoolRP is all about the roleplay, and is what I'm looking for, which is another reason why I applied.

EQUIPMENT:
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The KPD holds a great number of responsibilities, whether it is to arrest criminals or just plain activities.
The KPD arrests lawbreakers and criminals.
They are active members of the community and take part in events with other factions.
They oversee the city alongside the government.
They assist the citizens in any manner.
They go out on patrols to keep the city safe
They take part in property raids to subdue contraband.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Though the main part of SchoolRP may seem to be only about School, it differs from it.
SchoolRP adds a variety of more functions, one of them would be CrimeRP and GangRP, which are high-reward activities that break the ICLY law.
But, to keep it balanced is where the KPD comes in.
The KPD is a core role in the SchoolRP criminal world, the government, and roleplaying in general, too.
The KPD's job with criminals is to catch any lawbreakers and punish them accordingly, whether it is fining them, seizing their belongings, or putting them in prison.
The KPD also helps with the government; they assist in judicial matters and provide evidence.
They are also a huge factor in the general roleplay, as they are still members of the community and are practically another player that is as important to comply with and roleplay with.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I acknowledge that.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Mia's appearance
“I’m power in heels.”
Mia, a 6'0 female, with a quite broad body, is not your normal woman.
Mia is a strong woman, originally born in Slovenia, she is a Balkan woman who moved to Karakura with one of her brothers.
Mia's most unique part of her body is her broad body, she isn't your average lady. She is tall and strong.
She would have flowing, long reddish hair, which she always styles as pigtails.
Another big part of her body that makes her unique is that on both her hands, her middle fingers are missing, from the past.
She would mostly be seen in a beautiful dress and heels, or just casual girl clothes!
Mia also had her fair share of scars, some small ones like a few on her arms, and a bigger one on her neck.
The most notable of them is that she is missing both her middle fingers from past tragic events.
Her calves would also be littered with scars, from past events as well.

Mia's personality
“Sweet heart, sharp mind, strong body.”
Mia always acts as she looks, tough as rocks, confident, and unshakeable.
Mia would never back down from something, and no need for approval. She is a bold, strong-willed, and fiercely independent woman. She’s the kind of woman who walks through fire and comes out shining.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
In a professional situation:
Mia is direct, composed, and commanding without even raising her voice. Mia never wastes words. She gets things done and expects the same from others.
In a casual situation:
Mia is relaxed, yet always keeps her guard up. Mia is funny, but critical and serious when she has to be, she's the kind of woman who owns whatever room she walks into, but with no apparent effort.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Mia is looking for competence, reliability, and clarity. She respects colleagues deeply, but only if they are serious and value her respect just as much. She always adopts a professional and cooperative attitude. She likes to keep the interactions pinpoint and focused on results rather than small talk or office politics.
What's your character's backstory?
The Beginning
Mia Jovanović was a Balkan woman with strong fists, broad-shouldered and powerfully built, tall at 6'0", weighing seventy kilograms. The kind of woman you would notice from miles away.
She was born on the 31st of August, 1999. Mia shares a birthday with her two older brothers: Luka and Yakov Jovanović.
Life in Slovenia
Mia was born and raised in Slovenia to a big family of fifteen, thirteen siblings, and two loving parents. Though her family was supportive, they unfortunately still lived in poverty. Their neighborhood was rough; it didn't take too long before that environment began to shape Mia's path.
Mia would always walk to school with her siblings. Education was expensive at the time, and her school was far from ideal.
There, she met a group of kids her age, the kind of people you would call “thugs.” Mia began to spend time with them, and they quickly became her crowd.
They were the reason Mia grew tough, which in some ways was good… but in others, not so much.
Her friends would pressure her into stupid, reckless activities, drinking, fighting, and even theft. Sometimes, they’d rob people, and one of those moments would change Mia’s life forever.
The Night
One night, Mia and her friends were wandering the streets of her neighborhood when they came across an old man. Without much thought, Mia pulled a small knife from her shoe and held him up, taking his money.
She didn’t think much of it at first — but she should have.
The old man’s nieces soon found out, and as fate would have it, they were members of a notorious local mafia.
Not long after, while Mia was walking home alone one night, she was ambushed and kidnapped.
At just sixteen, she was taught a brutal lesson — the mafia cut off both her middle fingers.
Karakura
After that, Mia had had enough of Slovenia and the life it gave her. When she heard that her brother Luka was moving abroad, she decided to follow, desperate for a new beginning.
Now, at twenty-six years old, Mia's life was turnt. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and began searching for a purpose.
One day, she came across a poster reading: “You are needed for the KPD.”
Something about it spoke to her, maybe redemption, maybe destiny.
She applied for the position.
Whether she was accepted… that part was yet to be answered.

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
No, carrying a pocket knife is a charge of possession of a deadly weapon and will result in three months in prison.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
Police brutality is a serious case and needs to be dealt with accordingly.
It would be most certain that Mia would first call for backup and make sure her body camera is working properly so she could catch it all for evidence.
After backup had arrived, they would remove the co-worker, and Mia would immediately check the inmate, how they are doing, and if they are severely hurt.
She would make sure to question the inmate, Why did this happen? Why did the co-worker act this way? And get a detective if necessary.
Of course, if any injuries are too severe, she would rush the inmate to the EMS, though still making sure to have backup with her and eyes everywhere, they are still inmates after all.
The co-worker would also be reported and would be punished accordingly.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
Mia would first broadcast the scenario, whether it is just one person or a few, they couldn't be caught off guard.
Mia would then order the individual to get up on the wall, first warning, second warning, she would already have her taser out, and she would be tasing the criminal. She would then handcuff the individual, before searching them and taking them down to jail.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
Corruption is a very serious thing, and not only are you being corrupt, but a corrupt police officer, an even more severe offence.
If Mia were to find out one of her co-workers was corrupt, he would immediately report it to the higher-ups. I will also make sure to collect enough evidence to forward to them, hopefully soon enough, the criminal will get their punishment.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
Another serious offense, and a hell of a reaction.
Mia would have a straight face, not talking for about five seconds or so, before continuing what she was doing, probably arresting the criminal before adding on: "A bribery fine was added to your charges."
Mia has zero tolerance for bribery, whatever the scenario it is, she will react accordingly, and fine the criminal.
