I am very active on the server, often hitting over 7-8 hours of playtime a day. Other than the occasional days when I don't end up getting on, I’ve had experience with multiple factions, as well as roleplaying with different types of people.. I'm also somewhat known on SRP and strive to be as active and willing to learn as I can.

What is the student council and what do they do?:
The Student Council is a group of students that form a student government, they keep the rules kept alongside the faculty of Karakura High School/college. They hand out detentions and enforce the rules where possible! There are also times where they will hold events, Whether its within the council or with other factions, even sports teams. Like the College Baseball house raid!
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
My motivation for Joining the school council, originally started as just an interest in working along the student body after working alongside faculty and council during my time as professor, but when the stress of hosting got to me I decided it would be better to step away, no matter how much I love the other aspects, including Roleplay, and this would open so many opportunities for me, then there were friends in the council sharing stories and I could just see how much fun and accepting the community is based off their time in it, and want to follow in their steps.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes! I am well aware and willing to do such as needed.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
There are many roles in the student council, even ones that aren’t something you can wear as a medal.
The entire faculty team is important, due to working side by side with them.
Training Comitee; the team of councillors that are well experienced and willing to teach future generations and have the patience needed to do so, and enjoy their position.
[CLUB] Supervisor: those who are willing to supervise and be part of a club, each club is required to have a supervisor as they are a part of the function.
Vice-President: usually either chosen by the faction lead or elected by the other members of the faction! This person is given the responsibility and power of a second in command of the council, working closely with the President.
President: the number one when it comes to icly and even oocly standings other then the faction lead, either elected or chosen by the faction lead and given the most high power of the student council, and even counseled when it comes to their respective councils applications, and may be asked for input when it comes to the other, they also make hard decisions when it comes to council, and even hard decisions in relation to the faction as a whole.
There is A college and high school council, each having a Vice and a President, as well as members on their training community.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
Baek would take a second to assess if the person was just acting out for attention, or if there may be something wrong, Either way she would allow herself to talk to the person, rather then threatening the individual with a detention right off the Rip, The woman would talk to them about why disrupting the assembly isnt a good idea and can cause issues, then if the behaviour became a pattern, or continued, she would warn them that a detention MAY be necessary, if they didn’t stop disrupting.
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
The Baek has a strong system of beliefs, a strong system of how she wants to handle things, so if a student refuses to take the mask off, she would try her best to convince them to remove it, but as said in the scenario, they had already done this and been refused, then resulting in the person running off, Which is unfortunate, Since they were wearing a mask, she would just make Faculty, as well as other council members aware that there is a person that is wearing a mask, and refusing to take it off, that has run off, and is wid on the campus. So they could take proper precautions, the protocol with one wearing a mask is usually to grab them, since you cant be sure that they are a student, or rather, something dangerous, so if told by faculty that that, is the next step, she would grab the masked student the next time she found them, if not, she would do whatever was in her power.
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
If a report was made to the baek, of a student with the following behaviour, she would handle it as best she possibly could. She would take a second to ask the teacher exactly how they wanted to work around the situation, If asked for her opinion, she would share the fact that she thought taking them out and talking to the student about this behaviour, and trying to figure out exactly what it is that bothering them, or making them act out like this, and just trying to talk through what she can, and figure out exactly what she CAN do to help the student, and talk them through exactly what is going on in their life, and if they want/need support, and offer it to them.
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Asterin would take this at face value, she believes that bias has no part in her duties as a councillor, and will do her best to uphold that, she would have a conversation with them, sitting down and asking what the protest is about, and once explained, she would also explain the guidelines of a FRIENDLY, protest, and explain that if they infringe over it, or break any of these guidelines/rules, that the protest would have to be given a break, and come back to at a later date.
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
Conversation! When an idea such as this one is brought up, it is in Baek’s nature, and ideals, to bring it up in a conversation, ask what they mean, and get their input, and then speak to a council higher-up about it, asking what could be done better, and what was being done wrong, by both the faculty member, and the council higher-up.
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
Career Day! I know it’s done before but I wanted to put my own, original spin on it.
Stands; The first step of this Student-Body and Faction-Body ran event would start with informational stand! Where you get to talk to representatives frome each town and faculty faction, Where they can give you a bit of information about they’re faction, or just let you have a Q&A for a little bit, as people come along and may have questions!
Presentations; Each faction would be given the opportunity to run a small presentation, though due to the fact there are a lot of factions, it would likely run on the shorter end of things, just allowing factions to get information about themselves out to a mass of people.
Panel; This wouldn’t be about specific factions, but would just be a spot where students, college or highschool, can ask questions about what it’s like to be in A faction, and a representative from each faction, would be on the panel, and given the option to reply, and share their insight!
Field Experience; This can be a plethora of things, but in general it’s just the ability to get a bit of over-sight over what a person does in a faction, or just get a quick experience, or shock of what they actually do, in the field. For example KPD could do a small chase, where they have students try to detain an officer, who is meant to eventually try to evade, rather then follow along, and get on the wall, and they have to try to grab the officer, or hit them with a stick, to replicate a baton, or just a regular grab. For EMS it could be a CPR test, where they get a small lesson on CPR and then are put to the test with a dummy, there’s plenty of examples for different factions to do with their set of students, these are just a few examples.

I would describe Asterin’s personality as a bubbly more outgoing personality, but she’s also reserved and keeps to herself often, not wanting to be judged or do anything wrong, the woman just tries her best to find a middle ground and stand there, well also being welcoming and friendly to anyone that needs a friend or just a boost in their morale.

Asterin Baek is separated from other candidates, not only by family name, and lineage of wealth, but also her experience in jobs, and determination to push through things, and work as hard as she can, This grew over her time in track, as well as her courage, the woman was pushed to the brink of her abilities, and then had to push some more. She worked past these roadblocks and came out on top of not only the haters, but her own mind as well.

There’s only so much you can do without putting yourself out there. And trying your best, there’s a change that needs to be made, I'm here to make it, and push for a difference.
