Adding the role of Lifeguard

How will this benefit the server and community?:
With the new summer update, I think this would be the perfect opportunity to reintroduce the
Lifeguard role for both the school and the beach spot! Adding more roleplay opportunities for the SRP to communicate(Totally not because of Bay Watch...).
