Technically, 'Cyka' is Cyrillic alphabet for 'Suka.' Сс = Ss Уу = Uu Кк = Kk Аа = Aa Therefore, if correctly translating it to english it would be "Suka Blyat", it doesn't make sense to use Cyrillic alphabet on one-half and non-Cyrillic alphabet on the other hand.
