What is your motivation for applying?:
Personally, I haven't seen a lot of classes going on, and when the teachers are there not much goes on. I would like to help students learn, and prepare them for tests, exams and their future career.
My opinion is that if there was more classes going on, it would be more realistic and exciting for the students to take part in class.
Have you read the megathread for Teachers?:
Yes, I have read the magathread and fully understand it.
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise):
When I first joined, classes were rare and you were lucky if you got there.
Later on, classes became slightly more common, but still were unusual. I have only been to a couple of classes in my experience on the server, so I would like to try and have other students avoid that by having classes regularly.

KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general:
A Teachers purpose is teach students and prepare them for the future. Teachers can have different ways of teaching but a few are; Asking questions, involving students in activities, pop quizzes, handing out textbooks and giving homework. An average English teacher in Japan makes 250,00¥ per year and in a their spare time they usually grade papers, mark tests, plan lessons and take a break.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
They teach students about a certain subject, and prepare them for their future career. They also keep the server more realistic.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee |You learn how to become a full teacher, by watching one teach a class.
NQT|You can teach a class (or fill in for another teacher), and are allowed to make errors in teaching.
QTLS |You can teach your own regular classes, with a lesson plan. QTLS are usually very skilled teachers, who have maintained a classroom for a long time.
HD |This rank is very rare to obtain, but you set up lesson plans. This is the highest rank, and is very honourable.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
They use MoSCo. (Must have, Should Have, Could Have)

I would warn them that if they don't stop cussing, they will get detention and if it continues, they will personally be spoken to by the Principle.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:

BACKSTORY
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and his/her previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended. Make sure this is over 300 words:
Daniella Martinez grew up in New York with her mother, her father, her twin sister and her two dogs; Cophy and Casey. Her mother, Cordelia Reid, was a stay at home mom, who hated living in New York, but would do it for her husband. Her father, Tom (Thompson) Martinez, was a rich business tycoon, who worked a lot, never seeing his children for more than a couple of minutes.
So Daniella grew up feeling lost in the big city, never fitting in because of her style and personality. Even though she knew she was loved, she sometimes felt alone, having to face her problems by herself.
By the age of six, she attended Northshire Elementary; a posh school, where mostly everyone is snobby and arrogant. On her first day, Daniella was nervous and tried to imagine what school would be like, but when she got there, nobody noticed her or paid attention to the fact that she was standing next to them. This made her slightly self- conscious, so she stayed with her twin, Senita, the rest of the year, without trying to make another friend. When she turned 11, she decided she would make a new friend, even though the thought terrified her. She eventually made one new friend; Faith West, a sly, athletic girl who had a wild, free personality. This rubbed off on Daniella as she grew more confident and more daring.
By the beginning of 8th grade, Daniella was a confident, clever young lady, not afraid to stand out, and had developed an interest in English and History.
Her 8th grade English teacher noticed her love for English class, and pulled her aside, telling her that she would be an amazing teacher one day if she set her mind to it. After that, Daniella took pride in her work, hoping that she was good enough to one day be a teacher. Later on, she got news from Faith that her family was moving to Ohio, but she promised to keep in touch with Daniella.
After her graduation, she went to a regular high school, but continued to take pride in English, and impress her teachers. Nothing much happened in that period of time, except that Daniella's mother had gotten a new job as a Lawyer.
After College, Daniella got a job as a History teacher, but decided History wasn't her true passion. She quit several months later, but when she came home, she received an email from her old friend Faith saying she was in Japan, and that she should come and visit. Daniella decided to go to Japan, and was amazed by the culture and the education system. She saw a job opportunity to apply for a high school English teacher, and decided to give it a shot and apply.
She is currently waiting for her application to be reviewed, hoping for it to be accepted...
