I doubt they would change the version of the server just so others can get mods. It's a long process to go through and considering they upgraded from the 1.12.2 versions I sincerely doubt they would go back to it. Also, Schoolrp is compatible and is actually less laggy and such on the 1.13.1...

The Library Manager sometimes allows students to help out in the library, you would have to go into the discord and have them show you how to do so first though, and its most normally only logging stuff on discord. I'll ask if they are still allowing students to help out if you would like.
