Officers are meant to be avoided during crimes, not fought. That's why they're so much more equipped and have better utilities over criminals

The difference is that these community teams require a certain skill set, whilst being a generally helpful person shouldn't. From that, nothings stopping a regular player from helping someone new to the community in contrary to how you'll need a community tag to do what that community team does...

Most Japanese schools have martial arts clubs (which is currently in SchoolRP, however inactive) and their dojos are usually open to other students when they're not using it. I'd just say make the club's dojo public to students when it's not being used by the club
Feel like people would start putting these reactions on applications and things like that (with ill intent), which is why they aren't a thing in the first place
All I can say is to read the other various suggestions that relate to how high bears should roll. Your best bet would be to find people who'd like to P2L instead of roll against you
i mean im not saying remove any complexes, that'd make a huge problem in itself; just put in a nice lil cozy estate in some place that isn't used, like that one area to the left of the shrine for example
i was solidly team estates for a little while but this paragraph really caught my attention, as a new player my character stayed with a few of my early friends in their apartment and was the main place we ended up roleplaying, so apartment complexes do play a big part especially for new players...
