+1 EXCEPT the Cabinet tag. The Cabinet is the head of a specific branch within government. So, if we replace the Lawyer, Judge, or Governor tag with just Cabinet, it will create confusion for both the faction and the people who are not in it.

I believe the reason we got rule 2.6 is so we, players, speak English. Not the character. This is why this category falls under Player Conduct instead of Character Rules. Say, I can easily just go out of my way and start speaking Spanish with some other people, which would make moderation harder...
