It would like to see more changes in districts and locations, but more areas seems a little extreme.

I dont believe something like this is possible. It may develop different problems regarding storage usage and whatever else it may take up, though I'm no expert with websites. I think it's overall much easier to use google docs than trying to develop a whole new thing in the forums with saving...

It still poses as an easy way to hide weapons and illegal things which can easily be put into the other character's inventory and kept there without any suspicion of KPD. If they did go back and forth it just makes it even harder for both sides of the scenario as if KPD doesn't have their job...

As Dark mentioned, this has already been suggested multiple times before, they’re still doing the whole backpack thing but in the meantime I they may still be thinking about storage units in general.

Please be patient, as devs have to deal with a lot of things regarding in-game development and other stuff. Trying to push them more into fixing stuff just demotivates them while they already have enough to deal with. They will fix it eventually, no need to rush them.

-1 Were lucky to have extra apartments as it is, as helpful as it may sound, it will take up residencies a lot more quick to the point where we’re going back to searching if anyone has been offline for 30+ days. A suggestion like this was made earlier as well I believe.
