THIEF. ABSOLUTE NO GOOD THIEF.

A lot of players encounter this issue, though as the reply above suggests, it's most likely your connection. Another solution is more often than not being /spawn-ed on the server itself, then re-connecting once again. It usually works for me when I'm encountering the same issue.
