Trying to play Schoolrp when I log on 0/400 people then I tried joining but DIDNT WORK! I wanted to play but I cant now :(

"You Are Not Whitelisted on this server" What exactly does that mean I just want to play but I cant idk if its for half life 2 rp or not...
