+1 The new plugin can be a bit confusing at first to understand everything, even though there is already a sorta guide made as in the picture above- a different one that explains more thoroughly or something like that could help out others more who might still be having some troubles

-1 As mentioned above me, there are now smartphones and it makes sense they would have TTS on them which they could use. If someone wants to use TTS let them, if they want to make an app for JSL they can as well. It's their characters just let them choose how they want to communicate

-1 As there is already a way to get the adult role I don't see a reason to need another way. I also don't see how this will prevent players from quitting jobs whenever they feel like it, nor do I think that's a big problem to begin with
