Accepted I've recently implemented a command that allows you to do this, it has a 50/50 chance of grabbing the user (essentially the same as rolling). This isn't mandatory at the moment, however it's encouraged to prove that you successfully grabbed the player/were in range.

Accepted - We only remove cooldowns for instruments (such as guitars, flutes, etc.), but we do not remove cooldowns for items like the airhorn.

Denied - A personal filter can come with many issues, especially for player reports. Instead, we'll be adding a levelled filter which will allow you to filter inappropriate words and profanity depending on your level; by default it will be turned on like usual.
