currently, i'm playing on 1.13.2 because it's for 1.13 and above so i'd expect the resource pack to work

so, basically, i'm having issues with the resource pack. i've tried switching from 1.13-1.13.2 to 1.18.2 but it still refuses to work. i have done the %appdata% thing where you go to your minecraft folder, go to resource packs and then remove the files. though, that doesn't help out neither...
