As of the time of writing this application, I have just recently made my return to SchoolRP. I spent a long break off as I was dealing with health issues both physically and mentally. My break lasted around 3-4 months, and was short as well as sufficient. My time now will be dedicated to SchoolRP more than it was in the past, as well as only going up from here. Some notable things that may take up my time are future college taster days, examination weeks as well as more academic priorities. I do promise however, to up my time within the server up to around four to five hours daily. In the week, this can go from 3-7pm, as well as at the weekend, 10am-7pm. My time schedule resides within these brackets, and these brackets only. Moreover, my time on the server has lasted around 2 and a little years. I began my journey around December 2022, taking a few breaks every now and then but mostly staying active. As per the future, I see no future breaks intended nor planned.
Now you may ask what I have done within my time as a player. My time has mostly been spent in the CrimeRP scenes <Yes, I know this looks terrible on applications>, spending time as a fight club security, a bounty hunter and in the present a defense captain for an upcoming gang. My time has also been spent in the Town Hall faction, just before my break I spent around 2 months as a Governor leaving off just before my break. In addition, I spent some time being a Teacher, a Professor, as well as a School Councillor- however these bored me and so I didn’t stick with these for long.

My motivation trickles through my time that I have spent previously in the faction. A large amount of my motivation kinda just clings on to how much I enjoyed and thoroughly took this faction seriously. However, looking back, I often find myself thinking I could have done more—been more involved, made a greater impact You see, I constantly thrive to do something better and make an impact on someone or something even if it is just for a short period of time. Whether it’s helping to navigate someone through a complicated legal situation or advocating for them during their most vulnerable moments, I see this role as a way to provide protection, guidance, and sometimes even relief from future consequences. That’s something I truly wish to dedicate myself to.. This, is something that I wish to strive for. Furthermore, the addition of me becoming a lawyer allows me to rebuild my reputation after my break, as well as gain contact with new players or new people within the community that perhaps I hadn’t had contact with before. A sad thing about being just a regular in this server is that most if not all role play experiences you will be in often seem forced and more out of boredom than out of genuine interest. Making myself into a Lawyer allows me to immerse myself in far more role-play opportunities as well as expand my role-play field into other factions such as Reporters, EMS and KPD. Becoming a Lawyer specifically will also assist both my writing skills for DetailRP, as well as build up communication tactics as well as deductions that I believe I already have skill in. Additionally, I currently and always have had a large interest in law. The ability to bring this into a game that I can’t seem to let go off, will bring more joy and more attachment to this game that I already have, as well as building my own skills in Law for both this server, and future usage. It bridges my personal interests with an engaging environment, strengthening my connection to the game while allowing me to build valuable knowledge and experience that could benefit me both on the server and potentially in real life.

Of course, the job of being a Lawyer highly considers and incorporates the use of these laws and rights. It's impossible to allow myself to do this job to it's fullest extent without knowing these. Hence, I've revised these laws daily since my return and the submittant of this application.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:

My main goal is to improve my skills when it comes to communication. I see myself as the quiet type and don’t really get around enough to be as friendly to the community or as apparent as I wish to be. Being a Lawyer increases my contact with individuals as well as create more platonic relationships. Moreover, I yearn to develop a certain character or build more on the way that I create and build my characters. I wish to make Yuis one of my most developed characters as well as my most intriguing in terms of his lore, backstory as well as interactions with others. What's more, I fully see and understand that being a Lawyer is a high demanding role. Becoming a Lawyer very much will bring up my activity and almost motivate me to come on more. I wish to be a Lawyer for this reason, almost to get into the habit of becoming more and more devoted to SchoolRP both in general and within this faction.

| Mayor | The mayor is head and the highest authority of the Government and the Town overall. They hold the last decision in every single case as well as any issues or disturbances forwarded to them. Whether it's drafting new legislation or making critical rulings on controversial matters, the Mayor's word is often final. These are often the most well-minded, coercive individuals as well as having peak leadership skills. They are considered royalty within Karakura and are of example for the rest of the community. The Mayor holds communication skills with the other factions. Often demonstrating skills in maintenance and assuring laws and requirements are met. |
| Deputy-Mayor | Often seen as second in command, the Deputy Mayor is often responsible for stepping in whenever the Mayor is unavailable, occupied or dealing with other matters. As the second in command, the Deputy Mayor oversees day-to-day occurrences within the faction, ensuring the government runs as smoothly as possible at all times. They act as an intermediary between citizens, staff, and the Mayor, addressing issues, forwarding requests, and making decisions when necessary. The Deputy Mayor may also take part in drafting legislation, organizing public events, and maintaining communication with other town officials. |
| Head of Departments. | These are the pretty much seen as corporals of their own little division. Generally, if you are a head of department you will be responsible and expected to look over all those that reside within your division. These are often seen as the most responsible and worth of that division. They get a few added jobs too, being able to hold trainings as well as attended Higher-Up meetings and even deal with certain issues that reside within their division. |
| Judge | Judges are almost the last step before reaching the best of the best. They are the last decision in the court and it is there complete job to ensure impartiality, integrity as well as ensuring that the law is upheld and applied completely as it should be. Judges are known to be unbiased and only opinionated based on evidence, arguments and any form of statements made from the lawyers or clients. They are also allowed to: issue warrants, review cases, approve legal documents such as restraining orders, marriage certificates and adoption papers. They also are allowed to gain income from desk duties. Judges are expected to be wise, deductive, as well as the most well-minded and just within the Hall. |
Lawyer | Lawyers are the soliders in court, defending what is right and what is just. They are there to defend clients, allegate others and to be the main right of passage for civillians to go through when needing someone to represent them in court. They play a vital role in ensuring everyone receives fair representation under the law. Their duties range from: trials, conducting client meetings (such as filing restraining orders or lawsuits) as well as managing the front desk. They are the main voice of all clients as well as offering continued support for future issues. Describe the appearance of your character:
You find yourself wandering into the open field across your house. You've never really been here nor did you really ever plan to be. The sunlit paradise before you yearns for your prescence, and so you step in. Your eyes wander at the beautiful scene. And yet in your peripheral you encounter a rather mystical figure, Yuisinoko. Your eyes almost glint at the sight. His pale skin seeming to reflect this odd shimmer of light in your direction, and his crystal blue eyes having their own little shine. You noticed his posture as he sat on that little wooden bench. Additionally, you'd notice his rather unique hair. Yuis settled himself with a dyed hair, grown out into a medium-lengthed mullet that just touched his collar-bones. A stark contrast to his formal demeanour, Yuis seemed to keep his hair messily styled into an 80-20 parting. Presenting himself as a rather assertive figure yet that of relaxation. You could clearly see his comfort and placidity in his own company. His face slowly turned to see you, a faint smile appearing on his porcelain face. His eyes squinted into a smile as his mouth opened "Can I help you?". His voice reverberated within the field, it's soothing deep toning mixing with his perfect Southern British accent. It was that of the richer kind, clearly a man of value. You stood watching as he began walking towards your speechless stance as he opened his hand for a handshake. Upon the palm of his hand you'd notice clear wear and tear: calluses, scars and even a few scratches. You shook it, his firm hold greeting you and almost soothing you into his presence. You'd notice his incredible sense of outfitry. Currently, the individual was dressed in a neat red suit, supplied by a black tuxedo and a gold chain wrapping around his leg. He seemed to wear perfectly waxed and polished Dr.Martens that were monochrome black.
Last note:
Yes, I'm aware my previous time in this faction massively lowers my chance of getting in. However, this was the faction I felt the most comfortable in and the one that I know for a fact I'll hold the most passion with. If it is deemed necessary I'm willing to leave criminal activities associated with my account.
