Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server varies. I tend to stick in the background and stay with what I know, and I know my limits as a player. In other words, I've never really put myself out there in the roles to have such high activity, if that makes sense. However, I would still consider myself fairly active, especially with my role as co-captain on HS Female Volleyball #luvthem. If we were to consider my recent inactivity, and put that on a scale (zero being least, ten being the most), it’s fair to give myself a six… maybe a seven. No, that’s not intentional...

I feel more confident giving myself a six, the reason being OOC responsibilities such as work, and my mental health; I prioritize that above all. Despite that, I enjoy the roles I have: co-captain, mainly, but I do work at Tambayan Shokudo! Activity with me isn’t entirely an issue, and communication will always be open on my end!

Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?:
Yes, I am aware, and fully understand.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS ! ﹒ ◡◡

What is the student council and what do they do?:

In a special way, the student council is similar to a club. However, they have many jobs and responsibilities that handle the order within the school. Their role in the school is to set an example and deliver disciplinary action to help teachers.

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
I came back to SRP during the summer of 2025 after having on and off activity. I've around since 2018, but wasn't fully active until 2021-2022. Back then, I did have a reputation (not really) of not-so-engaging roleplay. In other words, there were more times than not where I’d find myself logging on to do almost nothing— maybe some silly roleplay before logging off. However, I came back with the intention to truly put my best foot forward by putting way more effort into my characters and the scenes/actions I write. And I wish to try to broaden my horizons, as they say. (Who is ‘they’…?)

Since that time, I considered joining student council due to wanting to branch out. I’ve always been involved in the sports faction, as it’s genuinely my favorite, and the most engaging for me. #volleyballontop

Despite choosing volleyball in the end, my friends convinced me to try for council. After much thought, I thunk: ‘Why not?’ and boom, here I am.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
One hundo percento! I have some experience in event planning with my team, and I have, in the past, considered joining the event team (or build team, but that’s another story). Of course, it’s not perfect, but I try my best to find/plan engaging activities where everyone can interact or simply hangout.

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:

⎯ メ SLT ˖ Essentially the big dawgs. SLT consists of the Principal, Vice-Principal, Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, and the Deans, as far as I’m aware. While they have other duties among the school, whatever that may pertain to, their main duty is to issue disciplinary actions when all else has failed. They handle suspensions and expulsions.

⎯ メ FACULTY ˖ Our valued employees! As one would expect, teachers and professors handle student learning, discipline when needed, and keeping the standard form of order. They’re the first line of authority for when things get hectic in their classroom or on school grounds. The faculty also includes nurses, for the standard medical care any student requires, or caretakers, who essentially maintain the school grounds and building. Any role within the faculty has the authority to discipline students, and plays an important part in the school.

⎯ メ COUNCIL PRESIDENTS ˖ The President and Vice-President are the very foundation of the system. They’re entrusted with the most responsibilities around the school, and give the final say for most actions within the council. Their duty to students is to be their voice, not only for events/activities, but any form of misbehaving (bullying, violence, etc). The Vice-President is designed to stand-in whenever the President is absent— second in command, if you will.

⎯ メ SECRETARY ˖ Their job is to be the main organizer and record-keeper for the council. They keep track of attendance among students, take notes during meetings that need to be brought to attention, carry out messages to members or higher-ups, etc.

⎯ メ HISTORIAN ˖ The student council historian/treasurer is responsible to document and preserve group’s memories, events, and activities that took place throughout the school year. They may act as the official recorder and/or photographer for student body projects and meetings.

⎯ メ TRAINING COMMITTEE ˖ A training role given to few councilors to help out new recruits to be successful.

⎯ メ COUNCILORS ˖ Higher on the ladder than a normal student, councilors act as the bridge between the student body and student leaders. They’re meant to act as the voice for their peers while assisting with school-wide projects, events, and decisions. They keep communications open at all times, and relay any concerns during meetings, or straight to higher-ups.

SCENARIOS

A dead quiet hung over the student council room, a comfortable lull that settled as the remnants of the previous interview still lingered between the desks. Papers had been shuffled back into neat piles, chairs pushed back into their rightful place, and the occasional murmur of conversation. There was a tinge of coffee dusting through the air, so faint it would coil one's nose at the point of contact.

"I believe that's everything for today. Great work guys."

One of the council members offered a final wave as their fellow members exchanged their own farewell, some gathering up their work while others briefly chatted amongst themselves. It was an ordinary transition between the final bell— until the room fell strangely quiet, all sound interrupted by the creak of the door that opened without much ceremony.

Their heads shifted automatically. Like a visceral tug in the center of their chests— some instinctual, sixth-sense bull that made the councilors react before their mind was made up.
Someone was standing there. Their hands tucked at their sides, as if the door had made way for them all on its own. A long ponytail hung over their shoulders as they stared into the room without uttering a word. Dark eyes moved carefully from person to person, lingering just a little too long on each face before side-stepping to release the additional councilors desperate to go home.

No one had heard a knock. The person, more like a trace of one, didn't even dare to announce themselves. "Excuse me." Their voice cut through the haze of the room, a frigid shift with their serene tone like falling snow silencing the sounds of the world. They stepped inside only after determining there was nothing particularly threatening until they paused. On someone's head. He eyed them for several seconds.

Then, as though he recalled why he was there, their attention reluctantly returned to the figure sitting on a lush, but worn brown couch. "Interview," was all they uttered, eyes hastily drifting to the unfortunate head of hair that was claimed by the interviewer. "Your hair is stunning."

The pollster blinked, almost audible to the few remaining councilors; they all gaped at the sparrow, who resolved to tuning their jacket sleeves. Eyes gleaming with their comment lingering in the air, spoken like the quiet purr of a content feline.

Clearing their throat, the interviewer regained control. Guess we can get started then.

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?

“Position myself accordingly. Closer to the student, next to them, however I deem fit,” came their answer. A sharp tone with a hasty reply that left no room for questioning. The sparrow would elaborate, fortunately. “A student who shows no regard for authority will inevitably cause trouble. No dignity, discipline, no standards. Once a student forgets how to respect those above them, it becomes rather difficult to teach them anything at all. So what makes anyone think they'll respect anything else?”

Wong’s hands, as warm as the sun, crowded the table ahead of them. The interviewer paused, eyes narrowing; their back straightened, full of goosebumps as they watched Wong meticulously. His hand paused on an extra pen, eyeing the metal before plucking it from the table. “... Your pen is broken,” they mulled, giving the ballpoint a twirl between his fingertips. Their movements were deliberately slow, the pen marking its place back on the table as Wong folded their hands in their lap.

“If the student refuses to settle, an invitation outside for a private chat might be given. Should they continue to be disruptive, I would call another councilor for support.” Their gaze shifted briefly behind the interviewer. "There is no reason to compromise my own safety simply because someone else refuses to conduct themselves accordingly."

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?

“I would sigh. Like my elders when I was younger and brought in a dead garden snake.” A low rumble vibrated in their chest as Wong cracked a grin. The memory was fond. “I would call for all my other council members, and any teachers that are available, and describe the student. Then we proceed from there. The proper disciplinary action will be handed out if and when the student is found.

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?

“A decent starting point is getting all the information. What kind of crowd does that student stick to? How do they interact with their teachers? A threat to anyone, joke or not, should not be taken lightly.” That was rich coming from them. “Again, we proceed from there. A guidance councilor might be required, depending on the student’s behavior. Some individuals do things for the attention of others, or perhaps the love of others. We can’t always fault them for such things.” An odd ending to their reply with no elaboration. Maybe they were speaking from experience. Or not.

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?

They raised a brow at the question, face contorting into a slight grimace. “Whatever for?” He sighed. “If the request is reasonable then I don’t see why not. They have the right just as much as the next person to express their opinions.” The diminutive frown remained. The question was rather simple-minded to the sparrow; the answer for anyone would practically be the same yet he pressed on. “As long as it sticks to the rules and guidelines of the school, and does not disrupt others’ learning. If needed, safety measures will be taken to maintain order and keep students under control.”

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?

Wong scowled. “I would inform the teacher or receptionist that this is how I was trained by my higher-ups. If they persist, I will let them know that this conversation can be shared with said higher-ups to discuss the next course of action.” It seemed Wong wished to say more, but held their tongue to form a different answer. “My professionalism does not waver, but I expect the same. I will not continue a conversation when there are easier methods, and perhaps better answers.”

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

The dwelling sun drowned beneath the clouds, dipping its golden aura of radiance into the horizon as the night threatened to snatch its beauty. The sun would soon fall into a deep slumber, and a blanket of stars would reign over the skies. It would seem the citizens of Karakura do not mind, fortunately, as they gather in the Shotengai Shopping District for a night of festivities and delicious meals. From their familiar favorites to cuisines they have yet to try, the evening of Dining Under the Stars provides a reason for friends, family, and even strangers to sit together and share a meal.

“This town is… quite bland, if we’re being honest. But I have to give credit where it’s due, and applaud the variety of restaurants.” They shrugged. Maybe this was a ploy to simply eat food... Their gluttony is sickening. “I thought why not put them all in one place, even if it's only one night? Restaurants throughout the town could participate; friends and family get the chance to try something new, support local businesses, and enjoy an evening under the stars.”

⊹ ࣪ ˖ DINING UNDER THE STARS ৎ
“ Gather up your friends, bring your appetite, and prepare for a feast beneath the moonlight! “

‧₊˚ ┊INFORMATION
Ever wanted to try a restaurant across town but never had the chance? Dining Under the Stars brings participating restaurants together for one night, giving the citizens of Karakura the chance to sample different cuisines, discover new favorites, and make new memories!

‧₊˚ ┊ACTIVITIES
❦ Restaurant Stalls - participating restaurants will each have their own stall, allowing citizens to sample their food!
❦ A photobooth for family and friends to capture the evening!
❦ Live music brought to you by local/student bands, who are able to sign up and prepare before the night of the event!
❦ Astrology Club booth for tarot cards, and palm readings! They're free and encouraged to dress in celestial/zodiac attire.
❦ Student council members will dress as different zodiac signs, or constellations, helping direct guests, introduce performers, and keep the celestial vibe of the event.
❦ Starry Runway - citizens are encouraged to dress in their best celestial-inspired attire! They can strut their stuff in a friendly competition, with the audience voting for their favorite look!
❦ Dining Passport - each participating shop has a council member at their stall (preferably a member that's also an employee at the shop) to hand out a unique stamp when a customer purchases something. The first 3-5 people to submit their stamp collection will receive a prize brought to you by participating shops!

‧₊˚ ┊OVERVIEW
The idea behind Dining Under the Stars is to shine the spotlight on the variety of restaurants within town. Events in the past have booths for those restaurants, but they're never the main focus of the event. Why not flip it? The event is meant to offer a more relaxed alternative to larger, high-energy gatherings.

‧₊˚ ┊SET UP
⸝⸝ Below is a general sketch of the event layout brought to you by RippedZan! Bro might be goated at mouse drawing. (Ignore that the layout looks like the beach… it was the reference at the time, but has since changed to the shopping district, as that’d make more sense… glup).

⸝⸝ Gather Build Team to build along the shopping district, the designated areas for the restaurant stalls, a kitchen behind them to showcase the preparation (the chefs/servers can prepare their typical actions as if they’re serving at their actual restaurant/shop), a stage with a cute walkway, and of course the photobooth!
⸝⸝ Communicate with my fellow council members/faction lead to coordinate the restaurant stalls with the owners! Potentially 3-4 restaurants needed.
⸝⸝ For the retail shops, we'd need about 2, potentially more if possible. Each shop would throw in a random item into the prize pool, from their cheapest item to most expensive (the item must be exclusive to their shop). Shop owners would use the art plugin to create their stamp logos!
⸝⸝ Ensure all student bands that wish to perform are setup!

⸝⸝ Ensure during the actual event council members are there to help the event run smoothly. Handing out stamps, guiding guests to any restaurant they're searching for, maybe handing out fun facts if they feel so pleased.

(in character)

Name:

The sparrow pressed a hand to their chest, bowing their head humbly. His voice possessed a tranquilizing cadence: it rang like a flowing river somehow lulling the interviewer to sleep while simultaneously putting them on edge.
Wong, Mùchén, at your service... Or not.”

Gender:
A small shrug, but voice as certain as the sea.
Male. I will not correct you if you think otherwise, though.

Age:
17

Phone number:

“ How would you describe your personality? ”

With a delicate hand sprawled over their lap, a single digit shifted to adjust the pale stain that cloaked their hair and tanned skin. A face of almost regal status, soulful eyes blinking heavily as if mulling over a response before his lips parted in a dull sigh.

“I am rather… ” A beat. “Unique, one might say.” A coy smile was shot at the interviewer, hand shooting to cover their mouth as they cleared their throat.

“I am loyal to a fault. My patience seems to put people on edge— or so my sister claims, but what does she know?” He waved a hand dismissively, eyebrows twitching into a nasty furrow as pink lips poked out. Was… he pouting? A gust of silence passed through, the young Wong making no move to rush for conversation. The moment was unnerving. “I believe hair is all one needs to reveal someone’s character. Wouldn’t you agree?”

Eyes almost wide with glee, akin to a snake cornering its prey, a hand curled their ponytail around their shoulder. “My hair is sooo long,” they teased, spinning the ponytail in a small circle. “And yours… Have you ever considered cutting it?”

Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

Finical hands toyed with the hem of their shirt, a royal forest green that held a deep contrast to the jeering edge their words carried. “Your eyes are wandering, interviewer. Seems rather unprofessional.” A drawled out hum escaped them, sun-kissed hand caressing the milky patch forged into their skin. “Can’t say I’m surprised… But be sure to soak it all in.”

MUCHEN APPEARANCE BANNER (2).jpg

art by charluiu_ on instagram! again, image is simply a general face claim of my character.

“ What separates you from other applicants seeking your position? ”

An airy laugh escaped them, a rather taunting gesture that they quickly moved past. “I’m Wong.” There was a pause succeeded by a light shrug. “That’s why.”
His glare drifted, knee bouncing that they promptly shut down. “Or perhaps there’s a desire to be a part of something more. I only just moved here after all…” There was a distant pull in their reply, an almost instant shift as their voice trailed off, coated thick like a honey trap.

“ Why do you want this position? ”

The young Wong tapped a finger against their thigh, entertaining the question with a solaced sigh. “Do you have siblings, interviewer?” They tilted their head, espresso strands cascading over their eyes. “My sisters are quite talented; my eldest was previously a KPD officer, while the other is a cheer captain.” Another pause, silence suffocating the void where their words should be. “I believe people should find a purpose, whether that’s forever or temporary. Take that as you will,” he muttered, a bite in their tone that wasn’t quite there before. Despite their misguided words, the look in their eyes led into something of love rather than jealousy. As if their elder sisters were a sense of motivation to the position rather than a sense of need to be put out there.

“ What interests you most about student council? ”

“Undoubtedly, I wish to do more for the environment and the school community,” they mused. “The council has a rather tenacious presence, and lately I’ve felt the desire to be a part of that. Perhaps make my own sort of impact.”
Hesitation seemed to settle in his eyes. “My sister says I should branch out more anyhow. My comfort in solitude can only last so long, I suppose.” Their words seemed to linger in the dull air conditioned room, a sore stillness hanging onto his tongue. Then came the soft click of the interviewer’s pen, with a swift jot of notes that the Wong couldn’t quite catch. Curious as ever, they were.
“Be sure to take note of how socialized I am. And handsome.”

“ What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment? ”

The inky letters came to a halt, a soft click that rang before the pen settled on the interviewer’s lap, waiting. Wong's answer didn’t seem to amuse.
“… A few of my family members carry extensive knowledge in the medical field. Were you aware of that?” Stated as if that’s common knowledge, yet they continued. “I believe applying the baseline of first aid when nurses aren’t around could promote community growth and healthier living. I’ve noticed a lot of students are… thugs, if you will.” And that was their nice way of phrasing it, his hands folding in their lap as they emphasized the word like a tight-lipped secret. “I hope to construct a bridge between students, and the faculty so those students don’t feel inclined to resort to such violence.”

There was a brief pause. “Good, good,” the interviewer mumbled, tapping the ballpoint pen against their notepad as they reviewed the data on this particular brand of Wong. The latter looked entirely unbothered, fingertips curling and combing through the minor tangles of his hair.

“I believe that’s all! Do you have any questions—”

They held up a hand, softly shaking their head as wispy bangs clouded his vision. “No, thank you.” A hasty reply, and rather boring in the interviewer’s eyes. Questions weren’t necessary, fortunately.

“I will take my leave,” said Wong, leisurely pulling himself from the leather couch before the interviewer’s voice pulled them from their path.

“I—” A beat. As if they were debating if this part of the interrogation was worth it. It typically is.

“If I may ask… should I be concerned about the scissors in your coat pocket?”
