There’s an ENTIRE shopping district for players to hang out with.. and there are shops like heartbucks that are coffee shops

I don't think that there should be a specific hangout spot, I just think it's unrealistic to have all players sitting in one area for the whole day. It also causes lag issues when everyone is gathered in one area, but I guess you got a point.
