[☆] Describe your activity on the server:
⋆˚࿔ General activity ˚⋆
My activity on the server can be reflected through my characters development, active involvement within the servers factions and the stories that exist between the two. I have been on the server for roughly a year and seven months having joined the server during the beginning of january last year. Along the course of my little over a year time spent playing the server I have encountered a variety of people and engaged with diverse manners of roleplay from factions to crime, slice of life and so forth. I have taken a profound liking to slice of life more than anything finding the small, mundane actions of everyday life to be a great method of exploring my own characters and coming to discover their own views over the world and psychology that they choose to drive their actions forward. It is trough the minute interactions of the day that I further develop my characters and come to reveal their own struggles, intertwined with the repetitive tasks that had long grown familiar to them. However that does not mean that I refuse to partake in other areas of roleplay, as I try to encourage diversity in such manner. It is as of recent that I return from a prolonged break that I had to take in order to focus on my studies and exams that concern the outcome of my future, however noting as I do not have any more exams to stress over, I am able to dedicate a decent portion of my time towards activity on the server from as little as an hour a day ranging up to longer sessions depending on how much I am needed.
⋆˚࿔ Schedule ˚⋆
It is difficult to offer a proper schedule seeing as I will be starting at a new school in two months and I have no idea as to how that will be affecting my schedule, however as of now, during vacation I am able to be up as early as 8 A.M and as late as 11-12 A.M.
Writing this, I have a total of 5w, 5d, 21 hrs and 51 mins on the server

[☆] What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
My journey with roleplaying first began seven years ago when I first ran into roleplay custom game lobbies on overwatch, moving on to discord after that and finally rounding up to MCRP with D&D being something I actively have been playing for the past two years.
⋆˚࿔ Overwatch RP: First introduction ˚⋆
Overwatch roleplay lobbies were my first ever introduction to the world of roleplay, although the quality was questionable at best, it was fun and I made a handful of friends during that time, few of which I still frequently talk to, having moved on to discord rp together with them and growing to have our own community server that remains active to this day.
⋆˚࿔ Discord ˚⋆
I began to slowly migrate towards discord RP seeing as the overwatch community had long dwindled, the servers slowly appearing less and less and the community too. Despite having tried multiple servers I found my place together with a community of ex-overwatch rpers who got together and formed their own server roughly three years ago, it is since then that i have stuck together with those people and have grown to form meaningful bonds with them.
⋆˚࿔ D&D˚⋆
D&D / tabletop roleplay games have been a big focus of mine in the past two years, having been introduced to them by my older brother I fell in love with the aspect and the bond that forms between the players, the capabilities to expand upon your characters and the wide open-world story telling aspect of it. Be it a DM leading my players through the depths of deadly dungeons or a player trying their best to survive in a world where everything wants to kill them, I will always enjoy playing dungeons and dragons together with my peers.
⋆˚࿔ ClubRP ˚⋆
Before i had applied for any kind of faction, clubs came first. It was the occult club I had first expressed my interest in and met a ton of my current friends in, however the clubs views never quite aligned with my at-time characters leading to me never joining despite taking part in a considerable amount of their public events and smaller roleplay sessions within the clubroom.
Following up, shortly after came the fashion club through which I expanded upon my detailrp skills and had genuine fun when researching the manner in which clothes are made, different stitches and the history of fashion dating back centuries. I have grown to amass important knowledge through my time spent together with the club, most importantly, I had fun and I met new people.
⋆˚࿔ CrimeRP ˚⋆
My debut towards the world of crime began with white knuckle, a delinquent gang that prioritized detailed roleplay interactions and the driving of a narrative. Having been offered an invite it took me quite a bit before I properly accepted it, wanting to have a proper character planned out and at least a basic amount of knowledge on the rules regarding such manner of roleplay. My main goal within this side of the server was to be able to properly and accurately roleplay out the circumstances in which my character was raised, exploring both how he descended into a world of crime, how he thrived in it and especially showed the impacts of it upon his psyche, mental and overall health, displaying the often less talked about effects of the lifestyle upon the human mind. As previously mentioned, I especially enjoyed exploring such effects through everyday interactions that often went unseen, hinting at my characters nature and circumstances through subtle movements and detailed mannerisms, deep conversations and light-hearted humor he hid behind.
I owe a lot to pink panthers as I was given the opportunity to take part in the greater narrative plot of the gang and have made plenty connections within said organization. Due to differences between my character and the gang lead arguments struck up in-character that drove forward the greater plot and allowed for me to better understand my own characters.
⋆˚࿔ FactionRP˚⋆
As of writing this application, the government faction is the only one I had previously taken part in. I have spent approximately seven months in said faction as a lawyer. During my time within the government faction I had developed meaningful friendships with other members of the faction and clients that often passed through townhall. Despite the building not being visited quite as often I still made an active effort to make each action even if a bit more memorable to those passing through, even if it was for a mere ID. It is within said faction that I found myself having to cooperate with the police department from requesting officers when civilians were being disruptive to being brought in for attorney calls and discussing the circumstances of arrests trying to lessen my clients charges in accordance to the law. The faction assisted me a lot in discovering my own character and developing her further as she grew to have bitter views towards the police despite the fact that I have also found to discover quite a few new friendships within said faction.
⋆˚࿔ Slice of life ˚⋆
Slice of life will always remain as one of my favorite manners of roleplay, there's a distinct kind of excitement in acting out the mundane actions that are often overlooked and giving meaning to every single gesture behind them, I tend to consider that it is a great method of discovering your own characters. A particular trait I enjoy to this genre of roleplay is the individuality behind each character. No two routines are ever the same as two characters are never truly the same.
[☆] What is your motivation for applying?
My interest in the position I am applying for stems from a real-life interest in psychology, despite not being the path I have ultimately chosen to take in life it is nevertheless one that has always fascinated me and that I often find myself reading articles and books upon out of pure interest towards the topic. Although I cannot consider myself properly knowledgeable on the topic as it is not my area of study, I still consider that it is something I hold important to myself as a person. This interest of mine has gone so far as to expand into my style of writing and manner of roleplay as it has always been such a joy to expand out upon my characters intermittent psychology, thoughts, feelings and philosophies over the world. I feel as though it is through my self teaching of basic psychology that I am able to further expand on my character through the minor quirks habits and even major parts of their character. Exploring the vast intrinsic complexities of the human mind, along with its subconscious behaviors, recognizable patterns and cognitive functions has always been something that piqued my curiosity and I truly do hope that I am able to explore this within the hospital faction and partake in the roleplay aspect whilst forming lasting connections within the faction.
[☆] Which role are you applying for?
Psychiatrist
[☆] What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
The hospital faction is split up into three distinct departments:
⋆˚࿔ Emergency ˚⋆
The Emergency Department is that which replies to calls from outside the hospital, aiding alongside KPD in moments of high-tension where medical assistance is required and cooperation between the two factions is key. Due to the fact that this position is not one you may apply to but instead one you earn through excelling repeatedly after becoming either a doctor or a psychiatrist, such department does not necessarily focus on either role but instead is able to fulfill the work of both.
⋆˚࿔ Doctors ˚⋆
The Doctor Department focus on treating physical wounds, providing emergency surgeries, handling prosthetic consultations and offering prescriptions for the needed medication, varied case by case.
⋆˚࿔ Psychiatrists ˚⋆
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor that focuses on diagnosis, treating and preventing mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. They are able to prescribe medication towards their patients and handle medical tests to better understand the physical causes of mental health affections. Psychiatrists manage complex psychological conditions through medication, psychotherapy and other medical treatments. Although they mostly handle the mental component of the human body they are also expected to be able to handle the treatment of minor injuries.
Furthermore, the faction is also split up into five different positions.
Trainee's are the starting position, expected to undergo proper training.
Resident is what becomes of a trainee after they have passed their training. Their tasks are to be referred towards the department they belong to.
Attending follows after resident as they are given more responsibilities such as conducting trainings and offering off-duty towards their fellow co-workers.
A Clinical Lead oversees and manages their respective department.
The Director's responsibility is the whole of the hospital being the very head in charge of key decisions that the system depends on.
[☆] Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I acknowledge that I am expected to attend any training that is held whilst i am online and risk consequences otherwise.

[☆] Character’s Full Name
The rhythmic clicking of heels against the floor filled the room as a figure came into view, perhaps it was for a flicker of a moment as the world seemed to pause, a deliberate stop caught in her dead wake as she lowered her upper body forward into a proper bow, resting her right hand over her heart. With a graceful manner she lifted herself back up. "Truly, nothing makes a room emptier than waiting for someone in it." A sliver of a chuckle broke past as she raised her hand up to cover her mouth. Silence filled the room as she drew the chair back, lowering herself upon the seat in a slowed manner. "Moreau, Primrose Desmond Moreau. However due to the nature of this interview I ask that I be referred to as Ms. Moreau. Thank you." A beat passed by, a warm smile offered towards the interviewer, polished as if practiced thousand times over before entering. "Pleasure meeting you."
Primrose D. Moreau
[☆] Character’s Gender and Pronouns
A washed out teal folder was sat with pristine care upon the desk, lightly nudged forward by Primrose towards the interviewer. "Female, assigned from birth." Her head dipped forward into a light nod as a gesture of gratitude, her gaze following shortly to loosen around the floor of the room before easing back up onto the interviewer. "She, her. Thank you for asking."
Cis Female, she/her
[☆] Character’s Age (if accepted)
A gloved hand reached over the table, hooking a finger into the side of the file as she opened it to the first page, catching her fingers against the edge of a sheet of paper sticking stray out of the neatly-stacked documents. Her palm shifted to hold the rest of the papers in place as she picked out her birth certificate, laying it in front of the interviewer. "Twenty-eight." A beat followed as she sat her ID upon the desk, fishing out a photo copy of her ID from within the stack of documents. "How time does fly. . ." She'd coo. "I'm nearing my thirty's. ."
[☆] Character’s Academic Background:
Arching her back into a straight-up posture, as if carved from the very stillness of life, Primrose faced the interviewer, gesturing towards the open folder on the table. "My diplomas should be in there."-"I have my masters in psychology, a focus in addiction counseling."-"Early highschool graduate." She'd add "My medical degree and license should also be there." Her tone carried a distinctive air as she presented her academic background with pride.
Masters in psychology with a focus in addiction counselling
Medical degree and license
[☆] Character’s Nationality
A light narrow caught in her gaze, falling down upon the floor as a soft sigh slipped past. "I was born in Germany, moved around a decent amount due to the foster care system. My husband too came with a military background. Sometimes I'd move with him, other times we'd long distance depending on my availabilities, considering the fact that I was still completing my courses. Ultimately I am living in Karakura now, having gotten voluntarily naturalized as Japanese during the process of getting my citizenship as japan did require me to give up my previous nationality. That would make my nationality Japanese."
voluntarily naturalized as Japanese, formerly German
[☆] Character’s Marital Status
A sharp glare was cut towards the interviewer as she rolled her shoulders back, fixing her posture and allowing herself to return into a proper headspace. "Right ah . . . Marital status." She paused momentarily, rubbing the spot where her wedding ring used to be. "Divorced. Recently divorced."
Divorced
[☆] Character’s Religious Denomination
The question was dismissed with a subtle wave. "Although I am a declared atheist, I still do take interest in the study of religion in my freetime." A light smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she seemed particularly happy to discuss the topic.
Atheist
[☆] Character’s Spoken Languages
Primrose raised up a gloves hand, lifting one finger. "Japanese, from birth, not the greatest at first but I polished it after moving here" A second one was raised. "German, from birth" A third finger moved up. "French. I took up the study of French for the sake of my ex husband. I am nowhere near as fluent as a native speaker, however I can use it on a basic conversational level."
Japanese, French, German
[☆] Character Backstory (Optional)
Primrose leaned back into her seat, arms crossing over her chest as she let out a subtle huff. "My parents thought having a child would save their marriage." She waved a dismissive hand. "It only made it worse more than anything. My mother fell into alcohol addiction two years after I was born and my father was not home nearly enough to take care of me. I was around . . ." Her lips drew to a thin line, a narrowing gaze following as she pondered lightly. "Seven. I believe I was seven when I was admitted into the foster care system. I hardly remember the day I was taken from my parents. Not that I'd necessarily enjoy remembering it."-"Even so, growing up in foster care was . . . difficult, you never really knew what was going to happen to you, and no one ever sat me down to explain what was happening in terms I could properly understand. I often felt scared, alone, it would be hard for any child to go through that. Sometimes I felt as though the families were only in it for the money. It felt like they didn't really care for me. In one home, her son assaulted me. I was then told off by his mom for telling on him. If a social worker had come by then, perhaps I would have found it within me to tell them." An avoidant glare followed, tracing soft patterns across the floor of the room not quite inching up to face the interviewer. "Being separated from my siblings also felt like hell. My baby sister was with another foster family. I think most foster families wanted younger children, toddlers. I always thought about her, I wondered if she missed me, If she still remembered me . . . ah, who's to say. It did not feel right living with strangers." A sliver of a chuckle broke past. "Who would feel right in that scenario. Especially a kid."-"I went through . . . probably more than fifteen different homes. Not really having a place to call home does a lot to a child, not knowing when the next move would be, social workers suddenly showing up to move you, throwing your belongings in black trash bags and moving to the next house." A hum followed as a somber silence glazed over the room as if she was quietly mourning a lost past. "At eighteen I had enough of the foster care system. I Had enough of it, I chose to age out and never looked back on it. I moved to japan for college, with what money I saved from my part-time, met my husband here, well ex husband."-"Military college. He'd move around a lot, I would move with him, sometimes, but college never really offered me that privilege. I suppose even he had enough of our constant long-distance. We chose to get divorced mm. . . It's been four months now." A distinct vagueness tainted her short self biography with a distinct intentionality that almost left you questioning. "I think that the most beautiful of souls are those that managed to remain kind, despite everything." A huff followed as she lifted her gaze back up to face the interviewer, perking a brow. "I do hope that answers the question. I'd rather not entertain any future questions on this manner."

[☆] What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Addiction was never something that ruined just you, it ruined everyone, everything, every string of connection that tied you to the people you love and everything you had worked for up until now. It was a harsh truth that Primrose had witnessed at first hand as her mother fell into a deep addiction at an age where Moreau could do no more than overlook as her mother got worse by the days falling deeper into the dark swallowing pits of a path she never could have foreseen. Twenty years later, she takes it upon herself to help those battling with their addiction hoping that perhaps she can find herself and that feeling of validation she long sought through helping others overcome their own problems.
Roughly 45,00 children in japan live in alternative care whilst about 4,800 of those are constantly on the move between foster families, fighting to find a place within the world. Perhaps that is a feeling Moreau had long grown familiar with, that gut-wrenching loneliness in knowing you truly have no place to call home was almost sickening. It would swallow you whole and even ten years later, all those memories still linger haunting adults. Helping in the few ways she can, Primrose has taken up child and adolescent psychiatry with a will to help children struggling with their own issues.
Perhaps in some manner her two subspecialties correlate with one another. Though sometimes she wished they wouldn't
child and adolescent psychiatry
addiction psychiatry
[☆] Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Primrose spent two years working towards her postgraduate specialization whilst her masters degree prepared her with the knowledge needed to work in a hospital environment, that dream has yet to be fulfilled.
2 years postgrad

[☆] Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

An air of class follows in her wake. With every step taken into a new room it's as if the world is holding back it's breath. Cracked porcelain-like eyes cross the room twice and over like a predatory animal holding back far more stories than Primrose would be willing to share. A warm, almost gentle gaze follows soon after perfected up until the very corner of her eyes as if practiced in front of a mirror meticulously, even so, perfection can never truly be achieved as in the quietest moments of the world, caught between breath when only the silent humming of the wind slips past, a glimmer of something foreign, neither guilt nor anger but something caught in between shines dimly behind a peer that reflects the first spark of daybreak.Framing her face are silken blonde strands of hair that cascade past down to her shoulders styled in a seemingly effortless manner parted to the side and curled just shy of perfection, bundling up at her shoulders instead of dropping down her lower back ,tipped with evenly spread dusty blue strands that make her stand out in a foreign crowd and catch the gaze of curious onlookers.
Characteristic of hers, a scalloped sun hat has become an item she has recently attributed to her style, especially during the hot summer time when the scorching rays are often better kept out of your face. Styled with a blue ribbon going around the top part, decorated with artificial cecilia flowers and a blue feather attributed to a foreign bird she claims to have received the feather from.
Her wardrobe remains an identifying trait of hers, often drawing inspiration from old english fashion primarily dating back the 20th century, from longer skirts that hug her figure to long elegant fur scarves that keep her warm in colder times. A key trait of such fashion remain her long gloves arching up to her elbows and often times higher depending on the day, weather and her personal decisions. Nevertheless her personal style exudes an air of old regality wearing high-edge fabric and old dresses that were commonly associated with women of high class.
[☆] How does your character act around the hospital?
It should come to no surprise that Primrose carries herself with the same practiced grace around the hospital, soft footsteps falling into line in the hallowed halls of the hospital at a calculated, practiced pace that fills the silent humming of air in the background. A taint habit of hers falls in wake as before setting into any room a sky-touched gaze lingers across taking in familiar and unfamiliar faces alike before melting into a gentle smile that breathes reassurance into those around her. On idle days she may be found pacing back and forth as if practicing keeping a steady posture, other times she might be reorganizing in the back or sweeping off countertops with disinfectant wipes keeping a sterile environment, always finding something to occupy herself with before boredom could settle in. On busy days not even the stressful conditions of her work place can break through her, no matter the circumstances, mistakes are inexcusable and falling out of order is something she hardly bothers even considering as a possibility.
Towards her coworkers she acts with due diligence offering gratitude for even the smallest of acts and returning the favor more often than not trough small acts of service towards her peers.
Together with patients, Primrose has nothing more than patience to offer towards their worries, troubles and difficulties that lead on from day to day life. She makes an active effort to treat them normal, friends even, disregarding the issues they face and working it through with them in a slow manner, adjusting her own pace to theirs to offer an overall more comforting, safe environment to further encourage them to open up. Of course, she will never push anyone into sharing details they'd rather keep to themselves, instead she takes small calculated steps with each patient throughout their sessions.
[☆] Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Primrose has grown to become hyper independent due to not exactly having someone she could consistently rely on during her time within the foster care system. As such she often prefers working in isolation from others, however she recognizes that vulnerability in her matter of thinking and actively works towards correcting it through her interactions with others in an attempt at bettering her cooperative skills, learning to efficiently function as a group instead of relying solely on her own skills, after all she acknowledges that in an environment such as the hospital where everything can change in a sliver of a second it is best to be able to function both in solitary but also in solidarity with others.
Thank you for taking your time and reading my application!
