Appearance
Being a short girl, Chisato has rather dainty proportions befitting of an idol. Her long, platinum blonde hair stretches just beyond her chest, and her layered bangs are split into three: two on either side of her face and a central tuft in the middle. Her forelocks are pulled back to wrap around her head. Most times of the day she keeps her hair tied into a ponytail with a black bow. Chisato has big, violet eyes and carries a gentle smile wherever she goes.

Personality
Chisato possesses a mature, polite attitude towards both people her age and her seniors. She greets everyone with a smile and wave and tries to be friendly regardless of who she may be talking to. She dislikes conflict among her friends and tries her best to step in and remedy the problem before things go too far. Although she is often characterized as having the "big sister" vibe, there is a surprisingly playful side to her, as she loves throwing jokes around and has even played pranks on others before. She knows her limits, however, and knows when to stop. She is also very observant and reads the atmosphere of a given situation well.

Contrary to her city personality, where she was seen as outwardly blunt and condescending, Chisato is now much more understanding of people's feelings and as a result is more outgoing. She is also more tolerant of those whom she may find annoying and would now prefer to keep quiet instead of speaking her mind. Still, her blunt side will show when the situation calls for it, such as when someone is constantly pestering her.

Equipment
Aside from her black bow, Chisato carries quite a lot of accessories, especially shades, around with her, but only wears them during formal occasions. She also likes to collect umbrellas and is slowly growing her umbrella collection. She also carries around the bass she uses for Pastel*Palettes and practices with it occasionally.

Hobbies
Chisato's main hobbies are playing the bass and swimming. During the weekends she would take her golden retriever, Leon, to the park where she would watch him play with the other dogs in the area. Chisato is also fond of shopping for clothes and accessories and visiting cafes, and even has a tier list for which shops sell the most delicious tea in town.

Skills
Chisato has adept communication skills and uses this to her advantage to build relationships with the people she meets. She also has a good sense of time and schedules her activities appropriately to fit hers and others'.
